On my next trip to Infuse One was a lot different. The office staff friendliness was not there. The NP that did my infusion seemed uncomfortable doing it. Thought maybe he was new at it but told me he had been doing them for 8 years. He seemed nervous and unsure of what he was doing. He was nice though. Not sure if I will return, I didnu2019t feel comfortable in this office. 3/17/2025!nnThe office and staff are very nice. I love Suzanna!! She is the best! So nice and caring! Wish she could be in all of my dru2019s offices.

I went to this facility on two consecutive days for Thyrogen injections. The office is spotless, modern and very comfortable in a great location next to the Gardens Mall. The staff was courteous and professional and the Nurse Practitioner, Susana Ponce, that tended to me was proficient, kind and caring. I would highly recommend this practice.
