This was my second time visiting CityHealth, and both experiences have been great! The staff is very polite and welcoming. I didnu2019t experience any long waits either time, which was a huge plus. The MAs are fast and efficient, but you can still tell they genuinely value you as a patient, they donu2019t make you feel rushed or unheard. The doctor I saw was so sweet and really took her time with me, making sure all my concerns were addressed. I would definitely recommend coming here! Just make sure you have all your information ready, and the check-in process will be super quick and smooth.

Excellent waiting time. Excellent customer service. Excellent medical care. Love the team they have here at this Montclair Village branch of City Health. Dr Stephanie Higgins best doctor I've visited with in a very long while. She wasn't around this particular visit but her Physician's Assistant and Medical Assistants were top notch. And I must add ... An All Women's Team!

Excellent experience, friendly and helpful receptionist, terrific physician, Danielle. Identified problem and prescribed exactly what I needed- nice and efficient manner. Best urgent care experience I ever had ( and on a Saturday afternoon). I tried 2 other places before CityHealth advertised as walk - in but they were not.

I did not know a place like this existed. I have a respiratory issue that has started getting worse. On a Saturday, my normal Dr. was not an option. It definitely didn't warrant a trip to the ER. I saw City Health was near my home. There were a few quick online questions about my symptoms. I was directed to the appt. link and saw I had many choices. I made the online appt. for 2 hrs later. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I was brought to a room right on time. Vitals etc were taken quickly. The Nurse Practitioner came shortly thereafter. Relevant questions were asked, I was examined and a diagnosis was made. All within 15 min. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy. I was totally surprised and impressed.nnThe overall cleanliness of the facility, friendly and concerned staff and ease of use made this an experience I will remember and recommend.nnSave the Emergency Room for true emergencies. CityHealth San Leandro is a great alternative and will save you time. Thanks City Health! Keep up the great work!
