Doctor Shahida Khan MD - Worst doctor in my entire life. I came in with flu like symptoms. I informed the doctor I took cough suppressant and advil. I was given a flu/covid test that came back negative. I was immediately scolded when answering Iu2019ve been taking DayQuil 2-3 times a day, being told and talked to as if I was a child or dumbu201d well it says to take it every 2-4 hoursu201d, u201cthe instructions clearly say itu201d, u201cwell the bottle clearly say how often to use itu201d. I explained to her multiple times Iu2019ve been in and out of sleep. The doctor treated me so poorly and was so rude throughout every thing down to seeing if my lymph nodes were swollen, throwing in little comment belittling my symptoms. She crossed her arms at the end and said u201cwell how would you like me to treat you because you donu2019t have the Covid or the flu.u201d I said to her u201cwell canu2019t you test for other viruses, last time I felt like this I had rhinovirus.u201d (I have someone with lupus in my household and need to know what I have). She did upon request but barely swabbed my nose. I wanted to advocate and speak up for myself so I said u201ccan I just ask why you didnu2019t test for more viruses?u201d. Her response u201cwell you donu2019t have a fever.u201d I reminder her u201cI took advilu201d her response u201cwell you havenu2019t coughed once since youu2019ve been in here.u201d I again reminder her u201cI took cough suppressant.u201d Her response u201cwell you haven't been taking by it every 4-6 hours.u201d I reminder her that doesnu2019t mean it doesnu2019t work and I just took it.u201d She responded u201cI donu2019t know why weu2019re arguing, I swabbed you for the test.u201d One, I was not arguing, I wanted clarification as Iu2019m there for a visit I paid for, on why I was not being tested or helped further. And why a doctor was asking ME how I wanted to be treated when all possibilities were not tested. Iu2019ve never had a doctor treat me so rudely and condescending every step of the way. I hope if anyone goes in and feels they have the same experience with this doctor, please advocate for yourself. Say what you think is not being done properly. This doctor is terrible and had no concern or interest in actually helping me find out what I have. And the way she swabbed my nose, or therefor lack of swabbing, I doubt Iu2019ll get any answers.

Have to absolutely commend the staff of this facility for going above and beyond on helping me. They advocated hard to get approval from insurance for a same day CT scan on a potentially dangerous situation.As soon as they received the results from the radiology clinic they reached out to me and let me know everything was fine.Again appreciate you all I see you guys are passionate about what you do!

I came here for occupational health as of last week. Staff was friendly and assisted me very well and efficiently answered my questions. I would recommend Megan for bloodwork. She was awesome.

My husband and I had to come here two days in a row and only came back because the first experience was pleasant, but the second one was beyond ridiculous. When my husband came in today we were worried he had caught the flu from me because he was showing symptoms and we wanted to get him medication to feel better. The doctor (white, male) came in and told him his test was negative but sometimes the test was unreliable, that if he was around someone who was positive he most likely had it, but Tamiflu wouldn't help him anyways because it's not a cure. So he gave him nothing and said to just continue doing what he was doing (NyQuil & DayQuil). A consult of less than 5 minutes with no solutions. This doctor didn't introduce himself, made no sense, was not helpful and condescending. I had been on Tamiflu for 24 hours and felt so much better already. I have to give my flowers to Dr. Siddique. He came in attentive, concerned & gave me 3 medications for all my concerns (I had the worst body aches). The staff that was attending me was so kind and caring as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Siddique, if you see a white doctor - run.
