My experience at City Urgent Care Detroit was by far one of the best clinics that I have visited ever. Their customer service was top tier, they care about their patients and their privacy!! There was this one employee in particular that should not be left out her name is Shar she went over and beyond with helping getting me the care that I needed. In the future I will tell ppl about my experience with the whole team and their professionalism.

Good customer service. The only thing I don't like is the waiting period and that the docs are sometimes on virtual time. Other than that it's a descent place to get care. Everyone is attentive.
