I was able to walk in and have an appointment. Sure I had a wait a while, but that was because I didnu2019t have an appointment to begin with. They were very professional and was able to help me out. They were able to give me shots and prescriptions for poison sumac. Highly recommend to those that need to get help.

The doctor was nice, but the other staff members were rude which is reflective in the ratings. u00a0The front desk individual was especially so which was strange as no one was in the waiting room when I arrived. u00a0I came in with a horrible cough I had had for a week. u00a0It had gotten to the point where I couldnu2019t sleep. u00a0Not a single test was administered. u00a0Not one. u00a0There no questions regarding asthma, allergiesu2026nothing. u00a0I was first told to just keep doing what youu2019re doing. u00a0Umm, I am here for a reason. u00a0I was then given an antibiotic prescription which made me incredibly sick. u00a0Skip ahead four days and I went to the ER where they actually tested me. u00a0I had pneumonia. u00a0Randomly handing out antibiotics without knowing if the problem is viral or bacterial is incompetent. u00a0Not giving a single test is pure neglect. u00a0This was incredibly poor care. u00a0I feel like it was a money grab with zero regards toward care.

At a number or a position to be called in, did not wait long, maybe 20 minutes, had a quick assessment of vital signs, the doctor was in pretty quickly, assess the problem and gave me what I needed and took care of my needs and 24 hours I was back on top shelf. It's place we go frequently because we know we're going to get attention, never been disappointed with how we were handled a cared for or treated and they're close to home. Well done, Rick Holden 7.

Excellent care! Professional, knowledgeable, very little wait. All paperwork, insurance and appointments can be made online. Makes it so easy to show up and get great care. We had to have X-rays and it was effortless and seamless. Thank you!!

Standard quality of care, smooth intake process & friendly staff. However, par for the course with big healthcare chains, they use arbitrary billing codes to squeeze every dollar they can out of insurance. Be prepared for them to nickel & dime you for services with zero transparency about costs. I was in & out of my appointment within 15 minutes and yet somehow still owe over $130 out of pocket. And no response from billing department when I called to discuss my concerns. Seriously, Iu2019ll be ordering my own equipment off Amazon & getting prescriptions off Teledoc from now on. Save yourself the money & the trip out of the house.
