This urgent care is a freaking joke, they are always turning walk ins away, putting up fake signs saying theyu2019re u201cclosed for maintenanceu201d and telling you to drive to other towns. IF youu2019re lucky to get seen they take forever, and good luck getting a follow up. Iu2019ve have nothing but horrible experiences with the VACAVILLE location and staff. Clearly they are open today, with the door open and the woman at the front desk 1. Wouldnu2019t even speak to me and jiay kept gesturing at her headset and 2. Turned me away when I am having respiratory health issues. Now I have to drive all the way to Dixon with radiating pain and shortness of breath. This location is a JOKE. Iu2019m posting a picture of the door literally open, and they wonu2019t see patients.

The word 'urgent' means something that requires immediate attention or action.nnI visited this location for severe back pain, but it took nearly two hours for them to assess me. The PA was judgmental, despite my lack of recreational or prescription drug use. She prescribed cyclobenzaprine, which I already had at home and had not worked for me in the past. When I asked for a stronger alternative, she refused. A follow-up staff member suggested I go to the hospital, implying I was seeking drugs. It's disheartening to be treated this way as a patient. If I could give negative stars, I would. Bad experience.

I've visited this facility twice now and received excellent service. Recently my Mother of 100 years old was transported to this facility for a septic infection. The transport company did not show up to pick her up and NorthBay Urgent Care was closing at 7:00 p.m. They assisted in getting her to her assisted living facility, even offered to take her themselves. I'm forever grateful to them!

Came here to get a drug test. They close an hour before for drug testing supposedly at 4:00pm. I got there at 4:00 btw. Not helpful at all. They didnu2019t even care to ask me if I was available tomorrow. Only giving them 2 stars because one of the ladies was polite that worked the front desk. Rest of them need more customer service training.

Last minute urgent care request. We checked my daughter in and they were able to see her right away. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They sent our prescription to CVS in a timely manner. Facility was very clean and staff was great!!
