Came here in a panic because my baby bumped her head really bad- upon arriving instead of being greeted I was told to check in on the ipad I tried and it wasn't working(still showing the previous patients personal information) She asks if I tried to reset it. No I do not know how to reset it and also I am in a panic with a screaming toddler with a huge bump on her head and she was less then willing to just get up and help me? Very Disappointing this is their standards for a health care facility...when people come in here for help and are treated like a burden. The doctor was nice. The nurse however got an attitude when he came to call us back and I was in the bathroom so my husband asked if he could wait till I came out(about 30 seconds later). They were not busy at all - it was us and 1 other patient in the waiting room. Obviously this place does not take pride in helping patients in a time of need. Unfortunate. Will not be back....EVER. I used to work in health care and none of their staffs behavior would have been acceptable at ANY of the places I used to work. What a Shame. Would not recommend if you wish to be treated with respect and care. I usually don't write reviews but this place left a horrible impression and I needed to share our experience.

Everyone was extremely nice! The staff was happy and willing to stop to talk and laugh. My blood pressure was high and they helped me to qualify for the position Iu2019m applying for while making sure I take care of my health issue. Great team!

This is the best urgent care Iu2019ve been to. Iu2019ve been here for myself and for my son when he was a newborn. No long waits, very clean, and the staff is friendly. I love that they look up your insurance quickly and that you can get meds right there. Even though this clinic is a further drive for me, I will continue going to this one.

We are not from the area and stopped here because our son wasnu2019t feeling well on our way to Ludington. We received the best care! We had a very short wait and the provider we saw was outstanding and so very caring, even when our son got sick in the room. Thank you for listening to us and giving us your best!
