I went there for my ultrasound. I was not happy with how the tech was. I went in and didnu2019t get to see my baby until I went and got the one picture printed. She kept getting more and more frustrated when I tried to position myself to where I could somewhat see the screen. This upset me because usually you get to see the screen when they do the scan. She seemed like she didnu2019t want to even be there. On top of that we were told that they have everything that a hospital does. So I assumed I would get to hear the babyu2019s heartbeat. To my disappointment, she told us u201cI donu2019t do Doppler here. I just donu2019t have the equipmentu201d. When clearly she had all the stuff a hospital would have. The other staff were very pleasant but the ultrasound tech was not!

I'll never be back... I heard the Doctor and nurse practitioner discussing my treatment before I was even seen by a doctor... A nurse had swabbed my throat and nose for strep/flu, and both were negative. I heard Dr. Simpson say This is not a case for antibiotics. Shortly after, the nurse practitioner came back and and told me that antibiotics is not the answer, and that I need flow nase. They referred me to an ENT. By this time, my lungs are now affected. When I see the ENT, he says that the lung and coughing issue is not really something he deals with... Now, I have a major lung infection - likely pneumonia, and I'm coughing up thick, bloody mucus, with a 101.7 fever... cold chills, and drenched in sweat.On a different occasion, many people had to sit for an hour before even being called back. If you open at 10, your employees should be there well before 10:00... When the doors get unlocked at 10:05, and people start signing in, its a little ridiculous that no-one gets called back until almost 11:00... something is wrong... Some of the staff are RUDE... No One Cares, such as Clark... Seriously, I don't think he does.
