They never answer their phone and donu2019t follow through with what they say they are going to do. Courtney Beyl is a great nurse practitioner. If she wasnu2019t there I would never go back.nnUpdate: I have never had so many problems with a PCP office in my life. Iu2019ve been seeing Courtney for 8 years. I largely ignored the issues with office staff because I was there to see Courtney. The last few years she has really changed. She is no longer the person or healthcare provider she once was. She has accused me of things that were untrue (sheu2019s an employee, so those office girls are her friends not her employees), she lacks the authentic caring attitude that she used to have, and the list goes on. The last thing she did was refuse to amend some notes she made on my last visit. They basically werenu2019t complete and my insurance company didnu2019t accept them (details are irrelevant). She also refused to see me again to complete treatment and get the insurance company what they needed. She said I wasnu2019t a patient there. That was a statement I made conveniently twisted by the office staff because they hate being called out for their incompetence. Technically, in my opinion, she abandoned me in the midst of treatment. They also break HIPAA rules every time you go in by asking you in front of the whole waiting room if youu2019ve had a Covid vaccine. My advice: save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

This office was very lazy and unprofessional. I went in with a bad cough and they wouldn't let me see the nurse practitioner until I had taken a covid test. I declined the test and asked if the NP was going to come and talk with me. The nurses said they wouldn't see me until I had taken the test. I expect my doctor or np to at least do the work of a doctor. Covid can't be the assumption without even seeing the patient. I became a patient last year but I won't be going back. I'm very disappointed in this practice. Unless they repent, I can't recommend anybody go here.

After being a patient here for the last four years, everyone in the office that I have ever encountered was professional and friendly! Dr. Harper has always been extremely kind and very knowledgeable along with other nurse practitioners and other staff always being willing to help anyway they can! I recommend everyone I know to this office.

I've been seeing nurse practitioner Courtney b e y l going on four years now. She is awesome, very efficient, very caring, very thorough. , however I cannot say the same for the office staff. Some are rude, they don't follow up with you. Billing is the worst, they have made several mistakes and have never apologized, as if it is no big deal. If I didn't like and Trust Courtney so much I would have left there before now... I will not go back!

When I found this Medical practice, I was looking for a Doctor to help guide my father in law to end of life, and to help his adult children make educated end of life decisions. We were blessed for 8-9 years with the guidance and care of Dr. Harper. I must say the level of care, professionalism, knowledge and dedication that Dr Harper, Dr White and NP Courtney Beyl provided was top of the line. Most of the staff is exceptional. Are they 100% perfect, no, but the bottom line is the care, compassion, and the quality of medical care they provide. It is RARE to find doctors who provide the high standard of service these two doctors provide to the patient and the family (sole caretaker in my case). They are direct, straight forward, and to the point in a caring way. I had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Harper, and in his absence Dr. White. I found what I was looking for and they did not disappoint, a full service medical practice. Southern Indiana is fortunate to have these two Doctors serving the area, and I, as the sole caretaker was fortunate that with their care my father in law lived a healthy, quality life to 36 days shy of 99 y.o. My sincere thanks, Dr Harper and Dr. White. I could not have asked for more. (He is 97 in the picture)
