I highly recommend this place. All the providers in the office are experienced and very knowledgeable and with great bed side manners. I love Dr. Bobby, Dr. James Wornyo, Dr.Nancy. the front desk/medical assistant Carl and others are also superb. Over the period of last few years, myself and my family members including my child have seen different providers and they have indeed diagnosed us appropriately and with minimal wait time. This is a hidden gem that not many people know of! Thank you Clarksburg Urgent Care for serving our community!!! You all are the best!

I called ahead of Time to Ask Questions about this Urgent Care Needing Medical Attention. I am Dependent on Cab to Pick Me Up. I was told by Receptionist that Walk Ins have to be there at 415 PM or 430 PM which is. 30 Minutes, before, Closing. Most Urgent Care Centers Allow Patientu2019s to come through to Closing Time which was 5 PM. I Notified the Medical Receptionist coming from a Long Distance by Cab. This Place is in a Shopping Center with Many Pedestrians & Cars Crossing Driving Very Slowly. I was in Shopping Center 430 PM, however, My Cab Driver was at the Door having to Double Park behind Cars because Handicapped Spaces a Block Down from Entrance to the Place. He went to the Door it was Locked 432 PM by the Time Trying to Gain Entry. Cab Driver Observed 3 Ladies Laughing about Not Letting Him Tell Them Transported Me to be Seen for Medical Care. All Staff Refused to Open the Door. I had to Call Twice because First Time Calling Tree Pressing 0 for Operator to bypass long drawn out Message of All the Prompts was not an Option. Myself Calling a Second Time getting the same Medical Receptionist Reminding Her I came from a Long Distance the Pedestrians & Cars at the Safeway Messed Up Up in a Shopping Area. He was Double Parked with Me in the Medical Transport Van Needing more than likely X Rays From Earlier Call. Rochelle checked with Medical Provider Nicole Alexander told Her to Lock the Door at 430 PM. Rochelle Checked with Medical Provider Alexander which Refused Me Entry & to be given Medical Treatment No Exceptions. The Owner Esteban Schevelman, Medical Providers Alexander, Rochelle & Staff are doing the Wrong Practices to Turn Away a Patient that is Need of Care for Urgent Medical Treatment. This Trip Cost Me $25.00 One Way & More Than $25 Back to Go to an Urgent Care Closer to My Area that I didnu2019t want to Go too. 3 Patientu2019s were Permitted to be given the Chance to get Medical Care ahead of My Arrival per Rochelle meaning I would be the 4th another Reason for not Allowing Me Access. Which wouldu2019ve been $50.00 Already just to Go to Innovative Now I was Forced to Go to Another Urgent Care didnu2019t want to Go Back too. I am making Formal Complaints with the Owner, Office Manager, My Health Insurance & Letting Everybody I Know about this Bad Experience. If I could Put 0 Zero Stars that would be more appropriate.

Came here today for a doctors evaluation on my flu like symptoms.nStaff was very efficient, friendly, and helpful.nThe NP who conducted my care was excellent and empathetic.nWas in and out within 30 minutes. Iu2019ve been to this urgent care multiple times before for ear infections and other ailments and the service has always been quick and thorough. You can tell that the doctors here actually care about you and go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable when addressing your needs. I tend to be an anxious person, but I like that it is easy to talk with them and they take the time to listen

I came in over the weekend to get two issues looked at and the doctor was great- knew immediately what it was and treated me. There was very little wait. I returned on a Snow Day and saw Dr. Wornyo who was great as well. I was so grateful they were opened. The doctors were both very kind and caring.
