Amazing staff and care! They go above and beyond! I had a co-worker visit this facility. She was admitted to an emergency room. The staff was on top of her care and immediately jumped into action for her medical needs. She isnu2019t local and is currently down here for work so. she has no family or relatives here. I live 45 minutes south of the facility. The staff waited for me 20 minutes after closing to drive there and get her keys to get her car home safely. When the staff will go above and beyond and out of their scope of work and responsibility to accommodate a patient speaks volumes!

They wouldn't see me because I didn't have a physical insurance card, even though I explained I do know the ID number. I explained that I have been vomiting and have had terrible heartburn for 3 days, but they still would not see me without a ID card. They offered to call someone but the offer was weak and it felt like they were not interested in actually helping a sick person, but more interested in making sure they got paid.Update: Went to a different Urgent Care that had no issue with my not having a physical card. I gave her my information and the receptionist said Have a seat and let me verify your insurance, then someone will be out for you. Not sure why this office is unable to do the same, but they should definitely consider it.

Took my mom and it was SUPER unsanitaryu2026none of the girls wear gloves, EXTREMELY nasty and dirty. On top of that the doctor is super rude.

I got a pretty gnarly skin infection, almost 7 months ago, but I have had trouble during the pandemic getting an appointment to see my primary care doctor. My PC doctor wasn't able to get me in for months and was hesitant to provide antibiotics for what was clearly an infection. So I checked out some reviews and gave Classic Urgent Care a call. They had me in and out in less than an hour and I was able to get treatment for the infection. So grateful for the kind staff. They all made me feel so comfortable. Even though my infection was a little embarrassing to deal with the doctor and staff didn't make me feel ashamed. They assisted with a great deal of care and kindness. I have never had a better urgent care experience. I am so impressed and happy with this great Urgent Care.Very clean, fast, courteous, and helpful. Just make sure to bring your mask.

First time at Classic Urgent Care and had a good experience. The staff were pleasant and Dr Joseph Idoni was very thorough. Did a strip throat and a flu test which came out negative. Gave me a breathing treatment in office and prescribed antibiotics and cough medicine. Feeling much better. I recommend this urgent care.
