Westar Urgent Care is my go-to whenever Iu2019m sick. I always feel like Iu2019m in the best hands here. Nurse Stu is a very skilled nurse and also super friendly, patient, and help made this visit not that bad. He had a way of making me feel genuinely cared for, and it really shows how much he loves what he does. This would be one of many times I have seen him while coming into this office and you can tell he enjoys what he does.nnNurse Cherri is also very wonderful, kind, attentive, and always makes sure you're comfortable. And Dr. Robitalli is amazing! Sheu2019s so knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. Her calm and compassionate approach makes a big difference when youu2019re not feeling your best.nnThe entire team created such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Huge thanks to everyone at Westar for consistently going above and beyond!

Excellent Urgent Care! My son needed to be seen and from the moment I arrived, Mark at the front desk was very kind and attentive to all my questions. Got back into the room very quickly & Natalie & Heather were both amazing! They took their time with my son & was very informative with his needs. I highly recommend to be seen here!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From the front desk, to the nurses to the doctor, everyone was so friendly, helpful and quick! Lori, Tammy and Lindsay were absolute sweethearts! They even followed up less than a week later to find out how I was doing and let me know the lab results came back to solidify that the antibiotic I was prescribed should be working, and it was! I felt much better. I'm skipping all other urgent cares and headed straight to Westar from now!

This Urgent Care is WONDERFUL( and that is no exaggeration)!!!nnMy 86 year old father fell very hard on a sidewalk yesterday. He hit his head, injured his knees.nnFrom the moment I entered Westar we were treated with Kindness. The gentleman at the check in desk could not have been nicer or more patient! The nurse, Stuart, went above and beyond caring for my Dad. He even wheeled him out to the car in a wheelchair. Stuart is just FANTAsTIC and sooo knowledgeable! The xray technicians were so sweet and kind to my Dad too. The nurse practitioner(I think her name was Josephine?) was THE BEST!!! She also was so very kind and caring! She is just a wonderful person and she gave my Dad the best care.nnI have been to many urgent cares. However, Westar is exceptional. Itu2019s obvious they like their jobs and CARE about people. Kudos to the staff. I will always remember our great experience there and I highly recommend Westar for your urgent care needs!nnThank you so much for everything you did to help my family.nSusan Wenar

The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. He did everything he could to help me. Really grateful for the care that I received.nnThird visit: I wanted to add to my review today since in a strange set of circumstances I have found myself ill again and had to come back. I would say that this is the best medical care team in Columbus and here's why:nn1. You're not crazy: Have you ever been to the doctor and when you explain your situation they tilt their head and look at you like a dog that just heard a noise? Well, not here. while I (the patient ) may be confused as to exactly what is going on, but have a general idea and can list out the symptoms, they know exactly what to do and they don't order unnecessary tests. they use their God given rational and logic to come to the most reasonable solution to keep me up and running to handle all of my responsibilities in life. Again, super grateful.nn2. They are kind: if you're anything like me and can't seem to get an appointment with your primary when you need it or get a call back from a specialist, then you can come here. they will treat your current need and then actually follow up on your last concern. they don't shame you or mistreat you, they just give you the medical care that you need. They know the system is difficult to navigate.nn3. They listen and then asses: It would seem to me that if you just want to get better quicker so you can take care of your family then you should come here because they want the same thing. The first visit I had they even gave me medication while I was there so I could start feeling better immediately instead of having to wait for an rx to be filled that day. How sweet!nn4. they are never too busy to see you in a reasonable time: so this one is huge. they are managed well so the wait times are less. Intake is a breeze. Waiting room is clean, office is clean, rooms are clean.nn5. Price: if you don't have insurance or have a high deductible plan then this place is perfect. Again, no unnecessary tests, no unnecessary follow ups, just what you need and the price point is right on target.nn6. this place is for the people. it is not a medical conglomerate whose only aim is to get your money. they are employee owned and it shows in the care that I have personally received.nnSo, thank you for your help once again Westar Urgent Care, you are the best!
