I called and was told as long as i show up by 4:30 I would be seen. Walking to the door at 4:25 just to here them lock it. That's pretty bad.

Please donu2019t schedule any drug screening there if donu2019t already have water or have to use the bathroom already. They will not give you water for a drug test but only after you tried once without water. What type of place does not allow a person to freely drink water to complete a drug test? Please ask about their protocols because once something happens then they will try to make it seem like they had already explained what that process is. I feel like I was treated like a prisoner just to complete a drug test.

The clinic itself was fine just went for drug screen. However the woman at the window with the shoulder length gray hair has to be the rudest person I have ever experienced. She was rude to every single person who walked in and on the phone. She has no business being in customer service. Also requiring mask still is ridiculous. After this experience our business will send our drivers some where else to get drug screening..
