Ever since I discovered this place I prefer to bring my toddler teins here over any other clinic. First I appreciate that they are open 24 hours a day. With little ones you know how you may need at any time of the day. They are all very kind and nice. They don't accept most insurance but...I swear $50 for consultation and to be able get seen so quickly it's totally worth it. I know their building is located in a sketchy dark area and it may not be all that fancy but what's most important for me is the service , the speed of getting seen and the quality of doctors. So yes, I 100% recommend.

I came here one week ago at 10 pm for a fractured thumb. Upon checking in I specifically asked if they were doing x rays and I was assured that they were and the cost of it. I filled the paperwork and waited for about 15 minutes till I was checked out by the receptionist/nurse? She checked by blood pressure and sugar levels, the entire procedure felt like we were playing Doctor in pre k with instruments that may have been bought at Target. I was then seen by a doctor? Who gave me his opinion of what's going on with my thumb after informing me that the X Ray machine was broken. I was then fitted with a splint and some tape then charged 70$ for consultation after I had been told it would be 50$ I guess that 5$ splint and bit of tape could be worth 20$. They attempted to be professional and even made a note to contact me the following day when their X-ray machine was working again. I immediately sought help somewhere else and found it through my insurance provider who guided me to an extremely well put together Dignity emergency room. It's been a week and I still haven't received a call from San Miguel urgent care, thankfully I'm not that stupid and returned to them, I would've lost my entire hand. By the way, the place looks and smells like what I imagine an illegal Tijuana BBL clinic would. Do yourself a favor and go to a real clinic or hospital even if it means paying out of pocket, this place could be death of you.

My daughter wasn't feeling well and doesn't have insurance, the staff are very attentive and courteous. Doctor provided injections as well as pills for her pain. Total time spent 45 minutes not at all what we would've waited at an emergency room. Cost was very reasonable as well, I recommend this facility.

Well this was the first time I went to the clinic and it will be the last one. There were like 5 patients and I waited for more than 2 hours. Before even getting inside the room I have to pay 50 dollars just to get in. To even get the medication you have to pay for the shot just to get the medication. They actually wanted to do a double pay on the entrance that I paid for $50.Also, the employee attitudes are not professional. The doctor is actually wasting his time. He goes wandering around the clinic and uses his phone when it isn't even for an emergency! The name of the clinic is also atlas medical.

I recently visited San Miguel urgent care and was beyond impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The wait time was minimal, and I felt like they truly valued my time. Dr. Michael Mahfouz was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions with patience and clarity. I left feeling reassured and well taken care of. The clinic itself was clean, comfortable, and had a very calming atmosphere. I highly recommend San Miguel urgent care to anyone looking for exceptional care!
