The hospital facility is very welcoming and the staff were professional and courteous. However, I was shocked to receive a hefty bill a couple of months lateru2014even after insuranceu2014for an ultrasound and injection. I've had this same procedure done several times with my previous doctor and only paid co-pay. Here, there were additional charges (like OT or other unexpected fees) that I wasnu2019t made aware of beforehand. Just a heads-up to anyone visitingu2014ask for a detailed cost estimate in advance to avoid surprises.

My experience at the facility was excellent. I am currently having some mobility issues and staff was very receptive and caring. I cannot remember who conducted my nuclear bone scan, but she was so nice and so helpful. Also, really appreciated Pam In the radiology department who went out of her way to help me get around and be comfortable during my long visit. Even the cafe workers and assistants that helped push my wheelchair were all very friendly. I canu2019t say enough good things about this location. Thanks for taking such good care of me, Penn Radnor!

Got in a terrible car accident this week, fractured left wrist & 2 fractured ribsnnHealth insurance expired as I re-signed from my previous employer. Am willing to self paynnThis clinic refuses to see me without health insurance even though itu2019s supposed to go through auto insurance anyways. Lady on the phone kept attributing it to u201cprotocolu201dnnPreviously I had scheduled the appt for self pay before realizing it was supposed to go thru auto insurance. Appt was officially scheduled, but once I mentioned the car accident portion they cancelled my appt & refused to see me without having personal health insurancennThanks Penn Medicine, make it make sense man

Everyone has been kind and courteous, and my Doctor is so cool.nMaybe itu2019s all in your attitude... people pick up on that vibe, you know.nThe buildings are beautiful and spotless...nParking is good... The u201cRed Coatsu201d are around every bend, to guide you along.nAnd they are helping me personally, so zip it!

The scheduling system for a new patient appointment is not designed for a positive customer experience. The scheduling online option via the Penn Medicine portal was disabled and it stated that it had to be done via telephone. They only release up to 4 appointments daily at 8am. I called for 3 days in a row at 7:59:59 / 8:00am on-the-dot and never received an appointment. The one day, I was told no appointments were released. The system needs modernized. The receptionists were nice, and I feel bad for them because of how frequently they must deal with frustrated and disappointed customers. I read another personu2019s review here, which had a similar experience but states it went on for at least 15 days. I asked for a call back to talk with someone about this and never received a phone call. At this point after realizing itu2019s not just me, I give up. Good luck to everyone who has the willpower to continue.
