This place is useless! I only went there because my regular primary care doctor is closed on Fridays. I arrived 10:50am w/fever, chills, and a major sore throat. I was almost positive that it was strep. I was told they were completely booked with appointments and they close at 12pm. The waiting room was empty and the parking lot also. I waited in my car for 40 mins while trying to find someone else to see me.During this time NO ONE came in or left the building. Poor excuse for a provider that advertises Walk-In appointments available.

Just left the Clinton Urgent Care office. I was blown away with how wonderful they were. They were quick to get us back to be seen. Phylis (not sure how to spell her name) was our nurse and she was so sweet!! My son was crying because he was scared and she brought us both a cup of water. Her and the doctor were so patient and understanding. They deserve 5 stars!!

Took my daughter in early January for ear infection. Really liked the doctor and had no problem with service but I was overcharged by $75. I told the lady that she must not have not applied my insurance discounts because the cost was twice what the other Urgent Care's charge. When I received my EOB I called and was told I would receive a refund. Called back a month later and was told it was being put in the mail. That has been another week and have not seen it yet. I will go to Quick Med next time.

The woman working at the front desk is absolutely unhelpful, unprofessional, and downright rude! I wasted so much time today trying to get a very simple task completed because she felt as though she was not here to work. I I originally went in for a form that needed to be filled out in regards to pre-appointment they completed my physical but would not fill out the paperwork that is requested by the employer. (they absolutely refused to sign the form, because it was not u201ctheir policyu201d) Even though I presented the form to the front desk staff at the beginning of my appointment (and it was perfectly okay then) , they were very quick to take my money and although they refunded me. THE FACT THAT I HAD TO GO AROUND IN A MILLION CIRCLES TO STILL ACHIEVE NOTHING IS INFURIATING. When were you going to inform that you couldnu2019t fully assist me? Why would I pay hard earned money for a half job? I could have spent my time and money elsewhere with staff who is excited to work and willing to get the job done correctly THE FIRST TIME.
