Wonderful experience. Erin, the PA, went above and beyond to help my 92 year old grandpa take care of his ears before his hearing aid appointment. The nursing staff and front desk are also always excellent! Wish they were primary care providers, as well, because I'd go there in a heartbeat!

My son and boyfriend were both sick. My son is covered by my good GM insurance, my boyfriend had no insurance... My bf was charged a flat rate of 120 bucks. Weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $130! They charged my insurance like $280... How is it if I would've gone in claimimg I had no insurance I would get to pay less!? They are very shady here! I have UAW/GM insurance some of the best insurance you can get! It's really hard to find anything out of network! But yet I am paying more than someone with no insurance!? Something aint right! I will NEVER return! They are very shady when it comes to billing! I hope they get caught for it!

Five Stars to the staff and nurse practitioner that was there. I came in feeling horrible. The place was very clean. Everybody was very pleasant. I was in and out of there very quickly, and before I could even get to my pharmacy the prescription was there. ud83dudc4d it was not because they were not busy. Every chair was filled. Clio urgent care has been there for us for physicals as foster parents and school age kids! We go there for immediate help as well and the online apt system is so easy to use. They text reminders on when to come in and notify you of delays. Their doctors and staff are so kind and efficient- we love it here.
