Tried to rush across town to get my daughter and son checked at the Acute Center before they closed. I was just needing maybe a strep swab which doesn't even take long...Made it to the office by 6pm. It shows online that they don't close until 6:30. I was calling and calling the whole way there. Even my husband called with no answer. When I walked in they were all sitting in a circle in the back goofing off chatting and told me they just closed at 6pm. Their door says until 7pm. I think they purposely don't answer the phone! The lady at the front desk of the acute center has refused me more than once and she is very unfriendly!

The doctors and pediatricians of the Clovis family healthcare side are wonderful! Would recommend going there in a heart beat but the urgent care side not the greatest, too many times have they turned my children and I away for what they called u201ccommon coldsu201d or u201ctoo early to tellu201d and it ended up being more serious or requiring antibiotic when we ended up going somewhere else. Only went the times we did as a last resort effort in order to try to see what was wrong and find some kind of relief. If you canu2019t get in with your usual doc Iu2019d recommend going literally ANYWHERE but the urgent care.

Annoyed that everyone in our house has strep and now that the youngest in our family is starting to show signs the lady we saw at the urgent care refused to give him anything and blamed it on allergies. Thanks for wasting our time and now I have to pay to see another doctor Monday while my child feels like crap all weekend without antibiotics. This place has gone absolutely downhill from what it was.

Great doctors, call before 4 pm, website shows closed at 6:30,, never have gotten anyone to answer phone after 4:30,, think it needs updated...also they wait until the end of the day to do all prescriptions sent at same time, even with an 8 am appointment, won't get your prescription until late , or next day.
