I love this urgent care facility, and the staff.. they are all professional and friendly and they care about what youu2019re going through. Iu2019ve been in multiple times and today. The office is always clean and quiet which I appreciate.. The wait time is very minimal and once youu2019re in the back office, they get to you promptly and access your needs and follow through. Craig Hanna, NP and his team were very helpful during my visit. I scheduled my appointment online and they notified me that they were running a few minutes behind. When I arrived, the check-in process was quick. The team was friendly, kind, patient, and thorough with all the same day tests and lab work they were able to run in house. They made me feel heard and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Glad to know this place is in the neighborhood if I ever need to come back.

I had the best experience today. The online check in was great so I didnu2019t have to fill out paperwork there. The check in was fast and friendly. The technician that gave me the TB test was so knowledgeable and very friendly.nI will definitely go back to this AFC Urgent Care when needed.

NP Craig and Staff took exceptional care of me from beginning to the end of my visit. The exceptional front office staff was very helpful and welcoming as this was my first time in this Urgent Care. I will definitely go back if I ever have an urgent care need. Itu2019s nice to know there are still wonderful, caring and compassionate people that really care about helping others.
