Do not under any circumstances use minute clinic. They billed my insurance(it was in network) but there was a billing error and it was rejected. Without informing me at all, they charged my debit card for $1300. No bill, no nothing. Refused to refund and stated they had the right to charge me for what insurance didnt pay. This was for a simple sinus infection. Absolutely no options were offered. No payment plan, they refused to re-bill it and fix the billing error. Avoid at all costs and go to a real hospital if you need medical care, at the very least you will get a bill to see what they charged and given payment options

I would really give this minute clinic zero stars if I could! Went in for an appt today 2/1/25 at 3:10pm for a physical and MMR vaccine. Showed up on time, pre-checked in and all. There was a nice lady who took me into the room and asked what I was here for. I told her and she mentioned me having an insurance card. I thought I forgot my card so she said she would let the NP know what I need and be right back. The NP came in not even a minute later and said before I get a physical I need titers drawn. I let her know that I had all of this done 2 weeks prior at another minute clinic. She then mentions me not having my insurance card and said I would not be able to receive the vaccine without it. Mind you all of my insurance information showed up when I booked the appt and when I visited the other location just two weeks prior they did NOT require me to have the physical card since my insurance info was on file already. At this point I remember that I did have an insurance card with me but it was in my car. I told her and asked if I could quickly grab it so that I can continue with my appt. This nasty NP said no and stated that I have limited time for my appointment and would not allow me to grab it and come back in. At this point itu2019s only 3:14pm! Only 4 minutes past my appt time. Why wouldnu2019t I have enough time to grab an insurance card from my car and get a vaccine that takes no more than 5 minutes???? She also stated once again that I needed my titers drawn which I had already told her was done and she claimed she did not see it on my portal (I never even saw her LOOK at my portal). I pulled it up on my phone and was able to show her all my results and she still refused to give me the physical at least! For every excuse she had for not servicing me I was able to provide exactly what was being asked. So what is the REAL reason for her to refuse me service? Hmmm. Laziness or discrimination? One can only wonder. Unfortunately I did not get her name but I made sure to file a formal complaint on the minute clinic helpline. As a nurse myself who sought services that I needed to continue my education, I would like to say that sheu2019s a very sad excuse for a healthcare worker. Do better.

I've visited this MinuteClinic many times for a multitude of reasons over the years. The nurse practitioner and pre screen nurse have always been kind, helpful, and understanding every visit. I've always left with a diagnosis and solution. Highly recommend if you don't want to deal with the inconvenience a doctor's visit or the cost of an urgent care visit.

The best. She answered all my questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
