I had a mild heart attack and was transferred by ambulance to St Joe's. I live three hours away.nI was taken in immediately and went from Emergency room to an observation room to surgery by 5pm that night. All I have to say that every single person I had contact with from Security, Cleaner, Nurses, Doctor's, Interns were absolutely GREAT. Everything about my experience showed faith in humanity. These people in this hospital were great. Including the lady that wheeled me out of hospital to my car absolutely sweetheart. Thank you to everyone

I recently had an emergency visit to Saint Joseph, and while the medical care was adequate, my experience turned into a nightmare when I discovered damage to my Tesla vehicle in their parking lot. Iu2019m writing this review to warn other Tesla owners who might visit this hospital, as the security teamu2019s response was deeply disappointing, leaving me with thousands of dollars in damages and no resolution.nDuring my recent visit, I parked my Tesla in the Saint Joseph parking lot, expecting it to be a safe place while I dealt with my medical emergency.nnThankfully, I had activated Sentry Mode on my Tesla, a feature that uses the caru2019s cameras to record suspicious activity when parked. When I returned to my vehicle, I found extensive damageu2014deep scratches, dents, and scuffs that were not there when I arrived. The damage was severe enough that repair estimates have come back at multiple thousands of dollars, a significant financial burden I wasnu2019t prepared for.nnI reviewed the Sentry Mode footage and was able to see the face of the individual who damage my car, which gave me hope that the incident could be resolved. I immediately contacted the hospitalu2019s security team and provided them with the video, expecting they could use their own cameras to identify the vehicle involved or take further action. To my shock, the head of security informed me that their cameras were unable to see the license plate or confirm the damage done to my vehicle. They mentioned that the vehicle in my Sentry Mode footage u201clooked like a Honda,u201d but I donu2019t know how they came to that conclusionu2014I couldnu2019t see the vehicle type or license plate in my footage either, and Iu2019m not sure how they could identify a make without clearer evidence. It felt like a vague guess rather than a serious attempt to help.nThis experience made me wish Teslau2019s Sentry Mode remained active for a longer period after the incident. While it captured the moment of damage and the individualu2019s face, it didnu2019t record long enough to show the vehicle driving away, which might have revealed the license plate or other identifying details. Elon Musk noted in March 2025 that Tesla has increased security measures and activated Sentry Mode on vehicles at their stores due to rising vandalism incidentsu2014a step I now realize is crucial for Tesla owners everywhere. I thought having Sentry Mode on would be enough, but its limitations, combined with Saint Josephu2019s ineffective security, left me with no actionable resolution.nThe lack of support from Saint Josephu2019s security team is unacceptable. Even with my Sentry Mode footage showing the individualu2019s face, they couldnu2019t provide any meaningful assistance. If their cameras canu2019t capture critical details like license plates, and they canu2019t make use of video evidence provided by patients, whatu2019s the point of their security system? Iu2019m now stuck with thousands in repair fees, and the security team offered no solutions, no accountability, and no support.nTesla owners should be particularly cautious when visiting Saint Joseph.nIf you must visit Saint Joseph, I strongly recommend taking extra precautions: ensure Sentry Mode is activated, park in a well-lit area if possible, and consider documenting your vehicleu2019s condition with photos before and after your visit. Be aware that Sentry Mode may not capture everything if the incident extends beyond its recording window, so you might also consider a dashcam that records continuously. Better yet, explore alternative hospitals if you canu2014ones that take parking lot security more seriously.nI hope Saint Joseph improves their security measures and takes responsibility for incidents like this in the future, but until then, Tesla owners should be on high alert when visiting this facility.

This was my second experience delivering at St. Joeu2019s. All the staff is great, but I want to give a special shoutout to Lexi in Labor & Delivery. Her optimistic and easygoing personality makes her a perfect fit for the role sheu2019s in. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable during our stay. She even came to check on me in the maternity ward the next day, because she was not on shift when I gave birth. That meant a lot and shows that she truly cares for her patients!

I took my wife to the ER here for having excruciating pain. We waited a long time to get her vitals checked and another long wait in a walkway to have blood drawn and a cursory exam. Then, back out to the large waiting room with about 30 others. When she complained of a return of the pain, I told the desk personnel who said u201ceveryone here is in pain.u201d No one else showed ANY signs of being in pain, though. Hours later, she finally got a CT scan with a hernia diagnosis. Finally, she got a room, examined, and left alone for too long. We finally left anyway.nA few days later, the pain returned and we made the awful mistake of coming back here. The blood work and CT scan were repeated during this 16+ houru2019s ordeal, which resulted in only a surgical referral a week away.nThe only reason I would come back here is to just die.

The nurses and the doctors did amazing! Helping me deliver my baby!!! Including MY DR.THOMAS! She was amazing!! And the nurse Svetlana! Svetlana helped me get my babyu2019s car seat together and pushed me in the wheel chair and helped me bring everything down with my suitcase all at once with no help, I hope she gets recognized! That was very sweet of her! THANK YOU EVERYONE
