Wait time wasnu2019t too bad, doctor was nice, but I really hesitate going there again because the lady who checked me in in the little office at the front(not the front desk lady) the one doing intake or whatever you call it, was very rude and had attitude for no reason. I understand maybe you are having a bad day, and I hate to sound like a Karen, but donu2019t take your bad day( if it was, maybe sheu2019s just mean) out on others who literally did nothing except sit down in front of you.

The wait time took forever as a walk-in to be seen (4hours). The nurse couldnu2019t even be bothered to get up to check weight or height. She literally asked me and got bothered when I said I was not sure. They also said my insurance was in network when it was not. I highly do not recommend.

I have been going to the clinic for about two years. Mercy is an awesome PA!!! She listens to you and she always ask about my fur babies.ud83dude0a Sheu2019s very kind and thoughtful person. They are lucky to have her. Thank you Mercy for everything you have done for me. One time I told Mercy the best complement I can give you is that I would even let you take care of my fur babies. I absolutely love them. We had a good laugh.God bless you.nnAprilud83dude0annShe has a lot of compassion for her patients and she listens to them. I looked up the oath the nurses take and she is a prime example of it. April has a gentle touch when she draws blood . Sheu2019s awesome, amazing, and sensitive to her patients needs. When I had a total knee replacement the pain was horrible. I had a walker but April went and brought me a wheelchair. I was wheeled to the room and then to the car. Best nurse practitioner Iu2019ve seen in a long time! She was so caring and listened to everything I had to say and her treatment plan was on point with what I knew I needed. The office staff was very nice and helpful and everything was super clean. I have already referred my family to this nurse practitioner.

I was pleasantly surprised and pleased about my experience as a walk-in patience. My wait time was less than what I expected with it being right in the middle of the holidays. Dr. Flynn came in and talked with me as a concerned caretaker and not like I was a money number. I definitely will use her in the future.
