I was transferred from tradition here after a dog bite that caused a very scary infection going up my arm. Their orthopedics department have been fantastic. Both of the doctors that saw me had great bedside manner. They also donu2019t speak to you in ways that you understandu2026 no crazy medical lingo that they donu2019t explainu2026 informative and personable.nnTruly, my nurse Meghan was a big part of a reason that my experience here was so great. Sheu2019s on top of her job and made me feel comfortable talking about my current and previous health. As a vet tech that has worked ER, and in human healthu2026 I know how much it can be. Animals or people, it can be a LOT. But this girl was always cool, calm, and collected.nnShes a keeper Cleveland Clinic! Seriously.nnThank you to everyone else who helped. This infection could have taken my life easily. Your team saved me for sureu2026 and I couldnu2019t be more appreciative. ud83dudc97 Canu2019t wait to go home!

Total me replacement this morning at 10 o'clock. It is now 1030 at night and I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff here at Cleveland clinic, starting with the people who check you in at the registration desk and continuing until you are in your permanent room for the evening. Peacefully recovering, they leave no Stone, unturned taking care of you as a patient, they're completely professional polite and absolutely amazing Surgery's not fun. But cleveland clinic, south, makes sure that you are comfortable and the interactions between you and the staff actually make it a pleasant experience!!!!.I would never go anywhere else. And I promise you that is not the drugs doing the talking for me. Those are facts.

My boyfriend had hip surgery today and I was extremely impressed with ALL of the staff! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smiling face, Anthony at front desk security! He makes everyone laugh which is really nice when you are heading in for surgery. He deserves a raise! All of the nurses and doctors were so informative and caring! They made sure to answer all our questions and you could tell they really did care. I was very impressed with our entire experience.

I just want to mention that nurse Jennifer in the ER is the best nurse I have ever come into contact with. My father got admitted and from the moment he got checked in until they moved him upstairs she was so attentive, caring, kind, compassionate, professional, informative, and just all around AMAZING! She went above and beyond and made us feel like she was caring for one of her own family members. I have never felt more comfortable at the er than Jennifer made us feel tonight. 20/10 and I wish more nurses had a heart like Jennifer! Thank you so so much to her!!

Our experience at this hospital was pretty awful. We brought my brother in who ended up completely blowing out his knee. The doctor came in for a 2 minutes, asked the history of his knee - we explained how heu2019s tore his acl previously etc. my brother was explaining how it felt worse this time as heu2019s previously completely torn his ACL & LCL, the doctor down plays the injury then proceeds to grab his freshly torn knee and starts to man handle it saying u201cI can prove a point if I have toou201d it to the point where my brother cringed in pain and very kindly told the doctor to stop. Keep in mind nobody was debating and or arguing with the doctor.. he was only explaining his medical history with the knee. Completely unprofessional. The nurse also proceeded to tell us no one died of starvation because we wanted to make sure he got some food in his system after being put on 2 doses of fentanyl & oxycodone on an empty stomach. Service was horrible. Idk what happened to this hospital. Itu2019s been wonderful in the past but customer service goes a long way - especially with a hospital. I donu2019t leave reviews really ever but this was truly uncalled for.
