Yes was great, I was a walk-in. The person who took my information was very pleasant. The process was easy and fast. The intake nurse was so nice she did the test I had to take a that went awesome! What can I say about Dr. Julia Martone? She was amazing! u00a0She did what she had to do and was such a sweetheart. Definitely a pleasure to have her as my Dr. Everything was clean and bright in the office as well.

I walked in shortly before they were closing. Y no one made me feel like I was an inconvenience coming in at that time. I was treated with kindness and courtesy. Treated by Kelly who is the nurse practitioner on call. Who was exceptional. Friendly, took the time to explain everything in a very non-condescending way, and resolved my issue. This was my first time here, and I hope I don't have to go back ever ud83eudd23, but if I I need the services again I won't hesitate. I highly recommend this office

I stopped into the office a few weeks ago because I was sick. I tested negative for strep throat in office but they sent my swab out for a culture and told me to wait for a response. When I didnu2019t hear from them after suffering with a terrible cough and sore throat I called the office and they told me my culture returned and I did have Strep throat, they forgot to call me with the results. After z-pack my symptoms returned fiercely and I had to return to the office. This time I was seen by Dr. Sahni who said he would call in a stronger antibiotic and cough syrup. When I got to the pharmacy to pick up my medication the cough syrup had not been called in. So I called the office and left a message. Received no call back. I called back again and eventually I spoke to Bella who checked my chart and said there was no notes about my cough syrup and suggested I come back to the office the next day when the doctor was working to get my prescription. A normal doctors office would have fixed this matter quickly with a phone call to the provider and this would not be waiting for days without medication. I wonu2019t be back.

My experience at Atlantic Urgent Care in Wall was a plus!! The office and nursing staff are friendly , professional and timely. The office is modern and spotless. My practitioner was Mark Havlicek. He was friendly, listened , was professional and he reviewed what was going on with my medical issue and explained my plan of care in full. Thank You to the staff!!

They are horrible never called my antibodics in and i called next day and they put me on holdnFor 28 minutes. I hung upnAnd called back. I was told i had to waitnUntil tuesday to talk to doctor. Who cares u cant swallow your throat is so swollen plus i had open heart surgery and this is very serious.
