This clinic always treats me so well. The staff is very professional & equally as friendly.nDuring the pandemic, one of the NPs literally saved my life by sending me directly to the ER. I must say, the professionalism, bed side manners, kindness, empathy, and compassion was second to none. The front staff, my nurse, and Mrs. Kinsley (NP) were extremely helpful and patient. I would have included the names of staff and the treating nurse if I knew their names. Nevertheless, I decided to drive 9 miles versus the closest Urgent Care which is only 1.3 miles and Iu2019m glad I made that decision. I have nothing bad to say about the other Urgent Care as I have never been, but I definitely understand why the one on Bluebonnet Blvd. has a 4.9/5 star rating. Thank you all for the excellent patient care and I hope I never have to see you again (as that would mean I need medical attention), but if I do, this is the place I will go.

The staff here is so kind and caring. I will definitely be back in the future if I need Urgent Care. My mom was with me and she said the same. Ms. Emily is the sweetest Nurse Practitioner and genuinely helpful when I was feeling hopeless. Thank you so much for making my visit easier.

Absolutely love this place! Iu2019m a freshman in college and itu2019s intimidating coming to an urgent care by myself but while being here I feel very comfortable, everyone is so nice and friendly. The front office lady was super kind and friendly and the doctor was an angel. She helped me with all my medical issue and made sure i understood all the different types of medicine that she prescribed for me. Overall a great experience will definitely be coming back for all my medical issues!!!
