Great experience for someone that has needed and Iu2019ve t care just a handful of times. Bridgette at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. The MA that took vitals and a summery of what my visit was for, was also respectful and kind. I was seen by the NP, Jack. He got me in and out with also taking time to ask details to come up for a solution for my neck injury. Thanks team, Great experience overall.

Jennifer L. Speller was our nurse practitioner and she was absolutely amazing and informative! She explained every detail of what she was doing to my son who was flu positive. She taught him about how she did exams and about how to properly hydrate and feel better. I wish she could be our primary doctor! Good health care has been hard to come by, either they are rude or rush us out and she was so thorough.

Went on New Yearu2019s Eve as my family Dr office was closed for the rest of the week. Upon check in I was made aware there may be an extended wait. I was called back 45 minutes before quoted time. Nurse was extremely friendly and apologized about wait immediately. After going through rooming process I was made aware of how many patients were in front of me. Once NP came in the room she too immediately apologized for extended wait. She was friendly and thorough and seemed to take my concerns to heart. I was very impressed with all aspects from check in to check out.

My infusion nurse at Mercy West noticed a diminished sound in my right lung. She was prepping me for my bi-weekly shots.nThe pain was so bad when I took a deep breath, she suggested the ER. I said no, it was sick people in there. Then it was suggested I go to Urgent care. Lynn was very compassionate showing me how to get an appointment.nJori my nurse(infusion) gave a report to say what happenednArrived at Urgent care, checked in, sat down 5 minutes later called back. Debbie the MA very nice, not long after that the Doctor came in to see me. He asked questions, then took my blood pressure again because it was high. He was very THROUGH examining me. I would definitely go back to him. He listened to my concerns and went over the treatment plans. I was happy with this Doctor! u2764ufe0f

I just left this facility trying to seek urgent care for my daughter. She was having an adverse reaction to caffeine. She was panicking and I just wanted to get her some reassurance that she was ok. We donu2019t live far so I left in a hurry. I didnu2019t grab my ID or insurance card. Bridgett at the front desk wouldnu2019t even get the CMA or the APRN-CNP. I asked if someone could at least check her vitals. She didnu2019t budge but said call EMS. I did so just to get reassurance my child was ok. Sheu2019s a child and if we were at a hospital we wouldn't been turned away. The paramedics couldnu2019t believe how unethical this facility was pertaining to a child. I wouldu2019ve gladly accepted the bill due from my lack of ID and insurance. I couldu2019ve called EMS at home instead I was told to do so outside of this facility. What could it possibly hurt to take 1 min to tell my child sheu2019s fine. This wasnu2019t an emergency it was an urgent matter she just needed to hear youu2019re ok. The healthcare system is a joke and they just watched while they provided care to her out in the parking lot. This was the first and last time at this facility. I remained calm and respectful throughout this whole ordeal. I feel as someone should be held accountable for turning us away.
