Holy smokes, all of the phone nurses are really rude EVERY SINGLE TIME I talk to them. Same as some of the people answering the phones when I talk to someone in general. The people in labs need to go back to school to learn how to draw blood again. The people at the front desk are nice, but what really tops it off is Dr Grisham! He is the only reason (well also the front staff) this place isn't getting a one star. I highly highly highly recommend him as your PCP! Love that he has empathy for his patients and actually listens! The best doctor I've had my entire life!

EDITED: I would like to add that after I talked to Kelli Henderson, who is always my five star provider I feel much better. She effectively and kindly communicated information that was missing from my patient portal and recommended course of treatment**nnORIGINAL: I have been coming to this location since I moved to Overland Park ten years ago. I have never been spoken to as rudely and as dismissively as today by RN Eleanor. I sent a message on the portal inquiring about my lipid panel results since it has been eight days since the test date. She said that she left a voicemail even though I did not receive it, but I did have a missed call from the clinic. Not a problem. She called again and I picked up where she told me that my lipid panel came in high and that I was recommended to start taking statins. I was not ready to make that decision on the spot. She said she just needed to know yes or no. I understand the pressure of working with people day in and day out and feeling frustrated, but wanting to see my results and talking to someone from my PC team is not an outrageous request. I am sure Eleanor is a great nurse, but she is not a very kind or patient point of contact. This experience today will be enough for me to look for another clinic.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Have called repeatedly over 2.5 weeks in order to follow up on abnormal results. I have not received a phone call from Dr. Lambert. This MD does not allow portal messages, so no way to communicate directly. I am appalled at the lack of care. RN Barbara was very condescending when I called a second time to follow up on next steps. I received a call 3 days ago from the office and a notification of a portal message. I cannot find a message from the doctor on the portal. When I returned the call today, no one seems to know who or why the phone call was made. I would not recommend anyone receive care here.

Editing my review, I was purposely vague in the first review, but now Iu2019m going to make sure itu2019s not. I had a surgery on my knee, this procedure failed, and is currently torn. I had auto pay set up. College Park changed systems, my auto pay was stopped, and I didnu2019t notice. Then I get a call 3 days before my next appointment, where the woman was very rude. Tried to ask for a possible solution over the phone, and was told unless I drop almost 1000 dollars for my failed procedure, a Doctor would not see me. I told the woman over the phone I would begin paying off my failed procedure once again online. I left a negative review, and in less then a week after that conversation I was sent to collections over the matter, although I had stated I would begin paying the bill once again online. The practice manager left a comment on my review to give him a call, but he doesnu2019t care to listen because I tried reaching out on multiple occasions, and left messages but was never contacted back. They just say they want to resolve the issue online, but donu2019t actually want to fix it.

I love Doctor Fair and her team. They take great care of my family. My only wish for College Park is to make paying bills easier. I feel really frustrated every time I have to pay a bill and always just end up having to call and pay over the phone and that's really inconvenient.
