I don't ever go to the dr but today I was desperate. I went in from pain in my tooth. The whole left side of my body was in severe pain. My face was swollen and was needed treatment for the infection. I recieved a shot for the swelling and pain and a shot for the antibiotics. I was feeling 100% better 15 mins later. The wait time was extremely long but for the care I recieved was well worth the wait! The pharmacy is on the side and recieved my prescriptions withing 10 mins. Highly recommend!

I saw a provide by the name of Lisa Smith PA , never have a felt so talked over unheard and uncared for. I was left in more pain accused of wanting to get pain pills that I literally never brought up or would take them if she gave them to me! Im very sad about this experience , and I had such a beautiful experience Monday with another provider who was expecting. Now im stuck with no answer.

Extremely disappointed with Colonial Family Practice and Urgent Care. I had an office visit in May 2021, paid my copayment, and was told my insurance would cover the rest. Four years later, in 2025, I get a call saying I owe an outstanding balance and will be sent to collections. I never received a statement, by mail or email, or any call during that time. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I trusted that my insurance would handle the balance, and now Iu2019m being threatened without any prior notice. Horrible customer service and billing practices. Will not be returning.

This practice sent me a bill and we do not go to this medical office. I talked to the billing manager Tiffany and she informed me that this was bills from three and four years ago from when my husband and I went there for a Covid test. Tiffany informed me she had to pull mine and my husbands bills out of collections and had found my email address from my paperwork that we did when we went there. I told her I do not feel I should have to pay a bill from over two years ago because someone up there made a mistake and they kept trying to contact us with the wrong info. And they decided to do this around the holidays of all time. They also threaten collections if I donu2019t pay one of the bills off in a month or so which is CRAZY. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A COLONIAL ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND FRUSTRATIONS.nWhatever manager that asked me to give them a call under my review has not called me back I guess they just put that there to make it seem like the care. How sad.

So I go this morning (2-15-2025) and as I am checking in, the nurse gives me the wrong address. I visited in 2023 and changed it so I was confused as to why it hadn't saved in the system. The nurse proceeds to tell me that I have a balance of over $400 and would need to pay at least half before I even can be seen. I then ask why is there a bill, especially since I received no phone calls, no email, no letter (probably because they forgot to fix my address when I told them too. That's on them), the nurse says because I was seen in July and October. I corrected her and said I never came in July of 2023. She then back tracks and says it was November of 2023. Sorry how do you mistake November for July?? You can mix that up. That just shows me that they are trying to get some money out of me. We went back and forth because I couldn't understand why. It didn't help that she spoke to me in a condescending tone. She gave off the impression that because I didn't pay at least half she was judging.nnSo needless to say I was not seen. They did well in 2023 which is why I came back. I learned my lesson and will not be returning ever again. I heard that Colonial does that. Before they refusee me care because my mother had an outstanding balance from 2002, I visited in 2016.
