Our family absolutely loves Malibu Urgent Care! Dr. Lauren is phenomenalu2014caring, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen and provide the best care possible. We wouldnu2019t go anywhere else, even though we live closer to other urgent care centers. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and makes every visit as seamless as possible. Huge fan of this place. The staff at the front are friendly and super attentive and will process/get you back as quickly as they can. Note that the place can sometimes get crowded because itu2019s really the only medical spot around, so sometimes itu2019ll get packed during the summer / peak times but you can call ahead to get a sense of the wait if youu2019re in a rush. The Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and thorough and have tons of imaging equipment there so you can get lab draws, scans and wound closures all in the same visit. Iu2019ve visited frequently over the years cause itu2019s on my commute to/from work and have found them to be reliable and often prefer visiting Dr. Pike over seeing my regular docu2019s due to difficultly getting immediate appointments. Canu2019t say enough good things about it!

I had a freaky incident with my two year old daughter right after thanksgiving where her finger got stuck in the car door. The staff was super accommodating to our stressful situation and the doctor was really kind and attentive. Luckily everything was ok and not serious with her finger. The doctor even called the following day to check up on us. Grateful for the care we received!
