I just want to take this moment to give thanks to Dr. Cannavo at Kaiser Permanente Highline Behavioral Health. This man saved my life and I will forever be grateful. In an effort to keep my medical history private I won't go into details, but I cannot begin to explain how down to earth, knowledgeable, and professional he is. I was on the road to hell and without his help, i would have arrived there very quickly. Now I am proud to say that I have my life back! I have so much hope for the future and so much natural happiness in my life. I came in scared, withdrawn, hopeless, and suspicious of the system and their ability to help me. I left there with a whole new mind, as if they literally gave me a new brain! I'm forever in debt to Dr. Cannavo and his team. God bless you all and just know that you saved another life; mine!

Iu2019ve been seeing Dr. Bryan Stanley Cobb for a few years now , and heu2019s been so kind and professional and answers your questions pretty quick via email. Recently Iu2019ve been bugging him and Traci Blinder about paper work that I needed . And they have been so helpful and speedy . and I canu2019t tell you enough how grateful I am for their professionalism.

I made an initial appointment for mental health services in February for my daughter. Flash forward to May and the provider Christine Belmear LCSW says they are restructuring the mental health system, and she thinks she wonu2019t be able to provide care, and refers me outside of Kaiser. If changes were made patients should be made aware ahead of time. Months of time wasted, and this is my daughters first experience with mental health services and you completely dropped the ball!

I had my first vaccination on 03/27. I have been on the rarely going out, always masked and physically distancing end of the scale and worried how this set-up would work with so many people getting vaccinated. My worries were silly because Kaiser did a phenomenal job with the flow of people and getting us in & out quickly (after the 15 minutes of post-shot safety waiting). I was quickly guided to my station then Liz made pleasant conversation as she quickly accessed my account, prepped and vaccinated me. I had a 9am appointment and at 9:02, I was already waiting for my 15 minutes to pass. Very efficient and not stressful at all. Great job by everyone involved and I appreciated the Saturday appointment!
