I was in early on a recent Sunday morning. The whole staff was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Tyler was a very easy going guy, very easy to communicate with. The service was prompt, and they did a great job with the diagnosis and getting me the right meds for an infection that could have become very threatening. I thank you all!

Had a wonderful experience with Urgent Care and their staff today. My 4 year old daughter had hurt her arm and we needed it to be evaluated. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left she was taken care with such compassion! She was scared and in pain. She needed an xray and Beth was hands down the best!! Tyler came in and explained everything in a way I could understand and process at the moment of chaos. They were able to splint her arm and took great care in making sure that the splint was the right one and fit her right. They spoke to her while preparing her splint and made her feel calm. At the end she was happy and smiling and said thank you for fixing my arm!nnWe are so lucky to have such great caring providers in Columbus to take care of us!

It literally says pediatric care on their google business listing and they turned away my sick 9 week old baby stating they donu2019t see infants. That would have been nice to know before we drove 45 minutes first thing in the morning to have my baby seen. Weu2019ll be driving to Lincoln for any visits from now on.

Iu2019m no doctor. So when I went in I said u201cmy mom got treated for bronchitis here last week and I believe she gave that to me cause I havenu2019t been feeling wellu201d doctor started with the appointment u201cwell first off bronchitis isnu2019t contagious. Maybe the virus it developed from was contagious and you got that and maybe that could develop into bronchitisu201d u2026 like a complete know it all and expected me to know that. Upon examination he didnu2019t even touch my neck for more than a second to feel if my lymph nodes were swollen and didnu2019t even hold the stethoscope to my back as long as my deep breaths were to even listen to my lungs for bronchitis. He finished up by saying u201ceven if you had bronchitis, which I donu2019t really think you do, thereu2019s nothing I can give you. I guess I could prescribe you a cough suppressantu201d (which wasnt much help at all either, which learning from a nurse friend later on he could have at least gotten me some real cough syrup). And I really donu2019t believe him about not being able to give me anything. when my mom got steroids and antibiotics for the same thing I have. Bedside manner and attitude was horrible. I will never be seeing Tyler Maguire again.

I was extremely impressed with the staff at Urgent Care. They are very personable and put your mind at ease (even when stitches are on the horizon). PA Joel is just out of school, but already had well honed his professionalism and bedside manner. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. ud83dude01
