What a joke. I'm a retired ER RN, and this place, with their tele-doc, is a joke.My wife was seen on 8/20/24 and was ill with a cough, headache, and fever. The doc-in-a-box determined she had a sinus infection.You don't diagnose anyone without an examination or lab tests based on a 2 minute visit over an I-pad?She was seen today, 8/22/24, by her PCP for a follow-up and diagnosed with COVID-19.This negligent practice is unacceptable.Avoid this urgent care and take the time to go to a real doctor or clinic.

They charged us a copay when I explained to her we did not owe a copay since we paid our maximum out for the year. So while I was in the office I got BCBSTX on the phone and explained the situation. And yes they confirmed that we should not owe a copay. BCBSTX spoke to receptionist and told her we did not owe a copay. The receptionist said she still had to collect the copay. I never received a refund for over payment. There is something very deceptive about this. I will never go back to this place. Its NOT clean and receptionist was very rude. Its worth the drive to go elsewhere.

If I could zero stars I would.. no t only do they close at 5 but then when I finally get a chance to come in for a work related injury to my knee but then they have a sign up and the doors locked.

Non profession all around. Have received three different bills for the same service. When I call office, given a different # and they give me office # again, evil loop. And both have an attitude. Me and my insurance are so over this place. Do not use this location, hate to say but better off going to ER.This place is a joke! Would give a 0 if possible. So sad no good clinics in rural area.

This is by far the worst facility, the office is very dingy and unclean, the receptionists and/or medical assistants have such unethical attitudes and behavior. Did not use gloves and or clean equipment between children. It was such a hassle that I requested she cleaned the patient room. We ended up leaving to seek proper professional care.
