I rarely post reviews but if I can save someone from going here it will be worth it. Walked in - u201cDo you have an appointment?u201d I said no just walk in. She asked me to have a seat. That was the last interaction I got before I left 15 mins later to go to a different Urgent Care (which got me in a room and vitals taken in less time than me just waiting to check in at the other place). It was not busy, there was one other person in the waiting area. Add in the $200 they want to charge no matter what your insurance is - please pass on this place and go to one up the road.

I have unfortunately had to come here twice since moving to Colorado. Both times the doctors, nurses, and front desk have been kind and attentive. They made me feel better and gave me peace of mind when I wasnu2019t feeling well. You can tell they really care about their patients.

I had a great experience with the family practice when Susan Lee was involved but have had horrible experiences ever since. They do not send referrals they say they will, and charge for medical records requests if you want to take the referral yourself. I went in October to discuss a lipoma removal. The PA Regan told me herself that she could easily remove it, discussed her surgical plan, and genuinely seemed excited for the procedure. They couldnu2019t get me in for the appointment for another month, the day before the Thanksgiving. They called me the Saturday (and donu2019t get me started on confirming appointments on the weekends) before to confirm the appointment. Then called me the DAY OF the appointment, after my boyfriend and I had taken time off work to be available, to tell me that Regan did not feel comfortable performing the procedure and did not have the facilities to do it. Instead they want to refer me to a dermatologist though they did not inform me which office they meant to send it to. Iu2019m sure they didnu2019t actually send one. So an entire month wasted, compensation lost, and a completely inconsiderate interaction. When I just called to get my medical records so I can see another primary care, the receptionist referred to me as u201cbabeu201d at least 6 times. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Provider required 5 hours, 3 phone calls, and 1 in person I-will-stand-here-until-it-is-done .... to get a prescription sent into pharmacy. They stated that it was done right away, but I think the pharmacy probably has better tracking than these guys do.nThey also decided to NOT submit to my insurance at all, and instead send me a scary looking overdue bill 90 days later.nIf given an option you should probably choose a different urgent care.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My daughter was seen for strep, the said they put in the prescription but the pharmacy never got it and I called multiple times and the phones never get answered aside from an answering service which isnu2019t helpful. Additionally, the nurse seemed rather clueless to what she was doing and the receptionist was not very friendly and didnu2019t seem to know how to multitask. There are 30+ better urgent care options here in Colorado Springs, avoid this one.
