Talked to someone on the phone for 30 minutes and never got the email for an appointment.I told them my meds are running out and I'll pay cash for an appointment, but they obviously don't care at all.

Poor follow up. Initially, they were able to help me but then as I requested a medication refill during an appointment they ended up refilling an incorrect medication submitted with my pharmacy refill. Itu2019s been over a week and they have heard from them. Iu2019ve also emailed and left a voicemail with no assistance.

The system is so broken. I have no faith in Common Ground. My niece voluntarily went to Beaumont psych emergency and was sent to Common Ground. I thought for sure she would finally get the help she needed and be placed in a mental facility for 30 days. But they let her go the very same day, out on the street, homeless with schizophrenia and no meds, no phone, no money and no identification. She started walking on the highway again, was picked up by a woman who takes in homeless people and but it ended up being a crack house. WHY in the world wouldn't they help her? Someone who clearly needed help! Common Ground is a joke. They might help some, but definitely not someone who needed it.

Before I can even begin to talk about this places facilities - a place is as only good as its staff. How dare a worker here call someone related to a patient and tell them If she ends up back here it's because you were the direct cause of (her/his) relapse.Pretty much told us that if said patient decides to continue their destructive path it's because we're not giving them exactly what they want (including booze).ABSOLUTELY DISTASTEFUL.

I saw Mr. Dupris regarding a legal issue I was worried about and thanks to all of his information and advice, I walked into court the next day fully prepared and confident! The legal clinic held here was extremely helpful. Court ended in my favor and I am grateful to this service and his help.
