I went in as a walk-in patient for the first time. My husband is seen by Amber as his regular PCP. I was having terrible pain. My first impression from the receptionist who was Brittany was not friendly or responsive. She was rude, unfriendly, and just had me walk through paperwork on an iPad quickly. Never bothered to ask how I was doing nor even cared. I was seen by Derek who was fantastic. He was thorough. He was a bit rushed but I appreciated his ability to check out my symptoms and listened to me. He needed to get some blood work and it was then that I had the LPN come do my blood. I have a power port and cannot be poked or prodded. I asked her if she felt like she couldnu2019t get it to please get someone else. Not to fish as I know Iu2019m not an easy stick. Well, she u201cgot itu201d but then began to fish. I left there with a hematoma. The PA, Kelly came and actually took my blood from the other arm. She was great and fast. I wanted to allow a friend to have my permission to read my results when they came back. Again, Brittany asked the friend about the date that I wrote down and not to me the patient. I said I was the one that was okay with the date as Iu2019m the patient. She dismissed me nor did she respond to my request. She was more focused on my friend. Fast forward to receiving the results. I was told my levels were high and out of range and needed to schedule an ultrasound. I did that. I called yesterday as my pain is still high to get some pain medication. I left a message in the morning and never received a call back. I called this morning and spoke to Marci the nurse. She was NOT friendly, helpful, and quite frankly gave me news that was unsettling. She told me that my results were inconclusive but yet my liver may be functioning at 20%. Also, that I need further testing and need to talk to my PCP. I asked to speak directly to Derek or Amber and she said they were too busy to talk to me on the phone and that I could come in to talk to them. She blew me off and said sheu2019d try to have them call me back but that they were very busy. Well Iu2019m still in pain, have scary info about my liver not gallbladder provided. Nor do I feel I have been treated respectfully besides Derek, Amber, and Kelly. Iu2019m very disappointed in the front office Brittany as sheu2019s the face of the office, Marci the nurse answering calls from patience, and the other nurse (LPN) who took my blood. My husband will still see Amber as his care from her is great, but heu2019s even considering switching due to how I was mistreated.nnUpdate:nI had to be seen again a week later. I saw Derek once again and of course he was fantastic. However, I was supposed to come back and get bloodwork done on Thursday, but I didnu2019t make it. I ended up at the ER on Thursday at about 11:30. I was told by ER Dr to make an appt for a scan that I needed that Derek ordered. I called and they put me off for over a week. I called the clinic and spoke to Jamie the nurse. She SAVED me!! She called around and got me an appointment for Monday. Yes, I have to wait over the weekend but I donu2019t have to wait a week. Iu2019m beyond grateful for her.

Amber has been managing my thyroid issues for over six months now. Sheu2019s been phenomenal with helping to problem solved and figure out what the real issue is. All of the stuff there is friendly, caring and kind. I would highly recommend Community Care to anyone who is looking for individualized care.

Dr. Eddie and his staff are exemplary healthcare professionals who consistently provide patient-centered care. They are attentive listeners and diligent workers who maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. The waiting room is well-appointed with a television and comfortable seating options. Dr. Eddie is a compassionate and understanding physician who takes the time to discuss all available treatment options with his patients. This practice is highly recommended for its ability to meet and exceed patient expectations while maintaining affordability and a customer-centric approach to billing. Dr. Eddie has consistently demonstrated a willingness to assist patients in need, providing timely and effective care. In my personal experience, Dr. Eddie's care has been transformative. I previously suffered from debilitating hip issues. After seeing so many specialists and going through therapy with no avail. I was hopleless. However, Dr. Eddie administered a single injection that had yielded lasting relief from hip pain. His ability to listen attentively and tailor treatment plans to individual needs is truly exceptional. Dr. Eddie and his staff are outstanding professionals who consistently deliver high-quality care.

The majority of times I have been here, the staff has been great. The doctors are friendly and so is the staff. Usually the wait is not long, and the place is clean. However, one time when I came for a sinus infection the nurse was not the nicest and questioned why I was there when I had told her my symptoms. I had a fever, was coughing, had a painful headache, and ringing ears on top of that. The nurse who helped me even doubted why I needed a doctors note, from staying home from school. I felt as though she was u201cparentingu201d me when she asked why I didnu2019t go to school. I responded that I had been in bed all day. She then questioned why I didnu2019t go to the doctors earlier. She hadnu2019t known this but, I needed a ride from my parents and they couldnu2019t give a ride until then. She hadnu2019t even taken my temperature to see if I had a fever. I donu2019t try to make a big deal out of situations as these, as I know that workers in the healthcare system can be stressed, but this nurse did not create a safe space. It didnu2019t help that I didnu2019t have a legal guardian with me, so she didnu2019t treat me with much respect. The system was down as well, so they couldnu2019t refill my medication for my ADHD. The doctor that came after the nurse saw me and was very kind and understanding. I hope a change can be made soon, so others donu2019t have to deal with a situation similar to mine. Overall, this community care offers great services. Just be careful of who helps you, and watch out for nurse Marci.

Receptionist was very attentive and helpful. Nurse was great. Asked lots of questions, the PA or nurses assistance or whoever came in to help me did not even really look at my issue and said that I had gout. Went to my doctor on Monday morning first thing, the nurse said was no way that was gout, my doctor confirmed that Drained it put a wrap on it and said you are good. They were very quick to diagnose and give me a prescription for a drug that is not very good for you. Very poor service. Do not recommend go somewhere else or wait-and-see your doctor.
