I do not recommend this clinic. Poorly managed, poor communication and the staff looks overwhelmed. I also called 4 times to request a refill on a medication and was told it would be sent to the pharmacy. After they informed that it was sent to the pharmacy and told me the date and times I reached out to the pharmacy. They received nothing. I called the clinic back for the 5th time and was told they would call it into the pharmacy! NOTHING HAS BEEN CALLED IN!

The doctors and nurses are highly professional and know the procedure for getting USCIS medical exam. Our appointment went smooth and the nurse was courteous and explained everything from end to end. I would recommend clinic.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. My 11am appointment resulted in an hour-long wait, and the overall experience was frustrating. There was a lack of clear communication and guidance throughout the process. The specialist, Kokila, did not demonstrate professionalism or empathyu2014she was dismissive of my concerns and did not listen carefully. Despite bringing my medical records and referencing previous tests and ultrasounds done at this clinic, I was repeatedly asked for proof of my conditions. After a blood draw, my arm was left bruised. What should have been a 30-minute visit took over two hours. I hope the clinic addresses these issues to improve patient care and efficiency.
