1. Would cancel appointments as I was on my way to themnn2. They had one nurse practitioner that prescribed meds, and was only available at the closest location once a month so if you couldnu2019t make that you had to drive farther away to another location, plus many times the office staff would refer to her as u201cdru201d which I thought was misleadingnn3. My sonu2019s therapist asked if I could come in by myself to discuss Jackson. I said yes and scheduled a time, then I have intake calling me asking for my insurance info, so they can bill me as a patient when I was not intending to seek treatment at the time nor was I formally asked. It felt deceiving.nn4. One appointment she double booked us with another patient so she gave me a paper assessment to do with my son the whole time. I was still billed and had to pay a copay even tho she didnu2019t even see or talk to him.

The providers here are nice, but the receptionist is terrible! Scheduled me on the wrong days and then put it in the computer as a patient cancelation and now every time I call for an appt she hangs up on me or puts me on hold! As mental health professionals one would assume that they'd be more reliable and I'd be to just get an appt scheduled! The worst part is that she reported back to the therapist that I'm non compliant because of all the cancelations I had because of her scheduling error, which was then reported to my probation officer! They could care less that that was going to get me in trouble and refused to just schedule an appt for me or discharge me! Would love to recommend, but with 0 help being offered to me still, I would NOT recommend this place

Why does everything on here and their website imply that theyu2019re open when they arenu2019t?nnIn response to their response, Iu2019ve called 5 times. Iu2019ve spoken to 3 different people including a supervisor. No one explained any of this to me, they just said its closed and to call back once a week until its open. For people with mental health needs, communication is important and this information should have been communicated through the phone during any one of those phone calls.
