Took my husband to the ER tonight for a metal shaving in his eye due to grinding metal and a small piece flying up under his safety glasses (happens all the time). We had Dr.Farmer, our nurses were Heather & Justine and they were truly amazing! When we ever go back we hope to ALWAYS get that team!!! They were compassionate, funny, caring and even though very busy they kept a positive fun environment. Thank you for helping us out and being so awesome! ud83dude01

Just went to the E.R. it was Terrible!!!! That staff was very rude, with the exception of the security guard. The nurses doing my vitals had absolutely no sympathy for the pain I was in. The doctor came in looked at my foot and said we'll get some x-rays which had already been done. Then the Male nurse who came in shortly after the doctor walked out. He put some papers down on the table his exact words were ice, elevation, motrin for pain I was shocked!!! I didn't even get a diagnosis or explanation of why my foot was in so much pain. So I said, so it's not broken? All he said was , correct! Sign hereThat's it. Like no other interaction at all.This was the worst emergency room ever.

The ER features very dirty floors and equipment with a not so optimistic staff! They took out the garbage (full to the brim) as my fiance sat in bed in labor. There was also blood on the floor from god knows who. I'm happy we had time to get over to another hospital!

The emergency room staff was friendly and efficient. I was in a room in less tha 10 minutes and saw a doctor in less than 30 minutes. I had a few issues and everyone took the time to go over each one and created a treatment plan for me. I felt they understood my issues and cared about my health. Overall excellent service.

Was told by Dr. Benzing in the er that I was u201cjust having an anxiety attack and there are more critical patients than you so I donu2019t have time to even order zofran for youu201d absolutely horrible dr and traumatizing experience. Especially since I had called my primary dr and told her what my BP was at and she told me to go to the hospital.
