Have been here multiple times for various reasons. They have been courteous, professional, and have helped my family as an urgent care should. The cost was reasonable and the Doctor was knowledgeable. If a facility/medical professional refers someone to the hospital, I feel that is good practice as an urgent care center is only equipped to handle a limited amount of things.

They don't even deserve the 1st star but I guess its making me give one anyway. I took my son here about a month ago. When we first got there the receptionist acted like we were wasting her time and was extremely rude. She saw our address and asked me why we didn't go to the urgent care that was closer to our house, I told her it was none of her business and when she thought I wasn't paying any attention she started talking about me with the so called nurse... The Dr. Wasn't sure what was wrong with my son (strep throat, we went to his regular Dr the next business day) and was a total a**. Will never go to this horrible place again.

If Dr. Islam is working just leave!For example which is one of a few of my experiences with this doctor.Of course I gave her the benefit of the doubt a few times before this but this just top it off for me.The school called about my son having a fever the day after being seen by Islam. Which is the reason I took him. He had a fever on day 2 when we went to see her. So this is now 3 days of having a fever. I wonu2019t even get into her diagnosis or meds she prescribed.So I called her, she says, u201cThe school sent him home with a slight fever?u201dI just had no response just waiting on some real answers or Iu2019ll call in some antibiotics or bring him back in.. No butShe then tells me to take him to his primary doctor.Well the point is... she isnu2019t worth going to in the first place.Yes, this is now Friday and I canu2019t get him in to his doctor!

Took my daughter there a few weeks ago. Woman took my $50 THEN tells me I would get an additional bill for being there after hours. WAIT - their hours are clearly until 8:00 pm, how is that AFTER HOURS? Yep, paid a $50/copay, then got EOB I owe another $100. The place is DIRTY, the doctor was an idiot who didnt even do a strep test when she had sores in her throat. DONT GO THERE! Wait and go to real DOCTOR!

Was the only patient at hte facility this afternoon! Walked in was promptly told ID and medical card. So I gave it to her. Then was asked what are you here for. Told her my symptoms of sinus pressure, sore throat, and ears hurting. Then was asked who my family doctor is I told her Dr. Geetha Amvalaban. She said who, and the nurse standing there reading the store adds said , all I heard was Amvalaban so I told them again and the the nurse said just put Dr. G. SO then she told me to sit down. Then I hear her say I'm trying to enter his medical card ( care scource just for me silver) and it keeps rejecting it as medicaid. The nurse goes well if its care scouce then it's medicaid. I piped up and said it's care source just for me and I pay for it. She just rolled her eyes. So she gives me my card and ID back and I wait 15 minutes. The nurse calls me back and as I walk past her she exhales and the last little bit of smoke from her smoke break hits me in the face. Look I don't care if a medical proffessional smokes, but don't bring thatg stuff inside!!!!! I go into the room and she acts as if I am wasting her time by being there! The doctor then comes in and looks in my ears, looks in my throat, and feels my lymph nodes. then walks out then back in and said here you go no hey heres what you have here is what I am prescribing. Just told me he called my prescriptions in. I walk out no have a nice day, no hope you feel better nothing!
