We use Lakeside North very often (especially with two young kids in daycare) and they're always kind and listen to our concerns! I think we've probably seen all the NPs and Dr. Campbell and have had nothing but excellent care everytime! All the nursing staff, the NPs and Dr. Campbell speak to the kids in a way they can understand what's happening, and that means a lot to me. Special shout-out to Mrs. Becky at the front desk who always stops to talk to the kids and us!

Edited to Add: I will be filing a complaint with the State Nursing Board for Substandard Practice in the morning as I contacted my previous DON for information regarding who to complain to.nnIf I knew who to call and complain to, I would. I will be calling my insurance in the morning! I went in regarding a fall and some pain I was having associated with it. Even with an X-ray machine on premises, the CRNP did not think she should do one. It was never a thought. She didnu2019t examine me or even touch me for that matter. Just said, u201cOk weu2019re going to give you a steroid shot to help.u201d And the nurse walked in with two shots, where I was then informed I was getting toradol and steroids. Now itu2019s after midnight and I canu2019t sleep for the pain worsening. VERY UNHAPPY!!!nnI do NOT recommend RACHEL GEORGE, CRNP.

Dr. Campbell and the entire staff at Lakeside North are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Campbell, heu2019s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. The ladies at the front desk are always helpful and easy to work with! I would highly recommend Dr. Campbell & Staff !
