Overall, my visit was great! The front desk staff helped me with my paperwork b/c of my hand injury. The provider took very good care of me. This was my first visit, I have avoided this clinic in the past because they don't do point of care testing. If I could recommend an improvement, this would be to offer this for faster diagnosis and treatment.

I recently visited the Community Urgent Care and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly caring and attentive. They made the initial intake process seamless, and I was amazed at how efficient and fast everything was. I was in and out in just 30 minutes, which is practically unheard of at most urgent care facilities.nnEvery team member I encountered was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable during my visit. They truly prioritize patient care without compromising on speed. If you find yourself in need of urgent care in this area, this is definitely the place to go! Highly recommend!

I didnu2019t catch her name, but the woman who checked me in was, hands down, the most incredible person Iu2019ve ever encountered in a healthcare setting. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel seen, understood, and completely at easeu2014something I never thought Iu2019d feel walking into a clinic, especially for the reason I was there.nnShe shared a personal story with me about how she had once gone through the exact same thing I was there for, and in doing so, she completely changed my perspective. Her openness, empathy, and nonjudgmental attitude made me feel safe and genuinely comforted. I actually criedu2014not out of fear or shame, but because I was so relieved and grateful to feel that kind of human connection when I needed it most.nnShe deserves to be recognized in a big wayu2014honestly, she should be employee of the year. Iu2019ll never forget her, and I canu2019t thank her enough for turning what couldu2019ve been a deeply uncomfortable experience into something that made me feel hopeful, supported, and not alone. Horrible. Went for an ingrown fingernail and wasp stings. Fingernail had been infected for a week. Tried to get the dr. To remove it. He wouldn't. Just prescribed more antibiotics that I was already on for a week that wasn't working. Poplar bluff regional said if I had waited 1 more day they would have had to amputate my entire finger. If you wanna go listen to someone talk and not act them that urgent care is your place! They're lucky I don't sue them!!!

All staff from check in, nurses and Wendy, the practitioner were very friendly and attentive. All of my questions were addressed and treatment and care were appropriate. I will definitely use them in the future if needed!!
