I went in yesterday for a UTI, they didn't call me back until 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and it was another 25 minutes after that until I was seen by the provider. Even though I had blood and WBC in my urine, they wanted to send it out for analysis. My symptoms got significantly worse overnight so I called in the morning. They initially told me that I'd have to either wait until Monday when my provider came back and the results of my urine analysis would be in, or I could come in for a new appointment (paying them money again!) to be seen by another provider. I asked if they would just repeat the same process or if I would get prescribed antibiotics as I had significant amounts of pain in my groin and lower back today. The receptionist put me on hold and when she came back said she would put in a note to the provider and I'd get an antibiotic prescription. This was at 8:30am, DR didn't get in until 9am. I called at 1pm and was told the provider hadn't reviewed it yet and she would on lunch or between patients. Called again at 4:45pm before they closed at 5pm to find out the provider decided I could come tomorrow as a walk-in (which as all the other reviews have pointed out, you actually need an appointment for, its really not walk in, just lots of sick visit openings because who wants to go here for a legitimate check up when they are so incompetent?!) or go to the ED if I was in that much pain. Thanks for letting me suffer all day long instead of just telling me that this clinic is a useless waste of time and money.

Their website says you can make an appointment, but when you call to do so they tell you it's walk in only. But don't get there when they open because no one will be there. We waited 20 minutes after open before we left for another urgent care because there were no employees.

They are open until 5:00pm but seems like they can't be bothered to answer the phone after 4:45pm. No answering machine or anything. Real dedicated employees (and yes, that was sarcastic).

This place needs to be put under investigation. They dont give a damn about their patients at all just a pay check that's all. Sat in a room for over a hour before I was even seen. Would not recommend this place to a gold fish.

How is this a walk in clinc if you have to make a appointment to get xray... when I called yesterday I was just told that xrays stop at 330 nothing about making a appointment. And you have to call the morning of to make the appointment. So not a walk in clinic.
