I have not had a bad experience with either myself or my mother. Our physician, Dr. Mullis is great. The staff has always been helpful and friendly at all times.

I am a childhood trauma survivor. Severe enough that is has affected my self care and relationships in to my 50's. I have had decades of therapy with moderate success, but nightmares and unhealthy habits continued. Not drugs or alcohol addiction, but food, withdrawing, and running away issues.nWhen I could no longer work due to both physical and mental ailments, I was given Medicaid. CFMC Is a mental health provider in the network. They matched me with therapist Crystal Nelson. She diagnosed me with PTSD and suggested EMDR therapy to help me desensitize from my numerous triggers. I'll admit the process is pretty grueling and painful, but after the desensitizing session last week, I have slept all night for 2 nights. I have not had to withdraw, nor have I had a crying jag. I had a happy Thanksgiving. Most people who read this won't understand, but those that do, please consider contacting this practice and seeking their help. I'm rested inside and out today. I am not tense and hyper-vigilant today. There is Hope. I can't thank Crystal enough nor CFMC for offering this type of therapy to low income people. A million times Thank You!! I feel renewed.

Waited 45 minutes in waiting room. Finally called back just to be placed into another room to wait another 30 minutes. And I finally got flustered and left

I absolutely love this place. The staff is caring and very compassionate. Our provider Gina Collins is amazing not only with my healthcare but childrenu2019s as well. We had a scare with our oldest daughter and they got us in right away and followed up on our concerns. To make everything else better with this place her nurse Angela has always been so friendly and does everything she can to make our experiences amazing. Our family drives 45 minutes to see these ladies for our care and we would be completely lost without and are always there to answer any questions we may have. They also have a quick response when needing something or getting us worked in.

Compassion has been my primary care office for several years now, and I have never been disappointed. The medical staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and the front staff is top notch. Lindsey Strader and her nurse Michelle are wonderful providers, and I am happy with the care I receive from them.
