This place has a complete disregard and lack of respect for people's time. Example: every single appointment I've had for my children, the doctors are late to their own appointments. If my appointment is at 10:30, then why am I sitting in the lobby until 11:15? - News Flash - people have lives to live, jobs to work and things to do - do you think keeping your clientele in the front lobby for extended time past scheduled appointments is going to bring you good business? Do you think you will be in business without patients? You all should think about that if you want to continue running a business that revolves around helping people. Having people sit 45 minutes past scheduled appointments on MORE than one occasion is extremely unacceptable. Also, why does your front desk staff never answer the phones? I'm watching them talk to each other while the phone rings right now. Again - this is unacceptable. // Update: Message to response from Owner - [ THIS HAS HAPPENED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION! - THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED! THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT!!! YOU CAN TRY TO PLAY DUMB ALL YOU WANT! MY FIRST TIME BRINGING MY SON UP THERE, THE DOCTOR WAS LITERALLY 1 HOUR LATE TO THE APPOINTMENT SO DON'T ACT LIKE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!] //

Our first visit was amazing! Doctor Bow is awesome! My son really likes him. All the staff are super nice. The office is very clean
