Was told wait was 1 and half hour. Could wait in my car and they would call. Never called. Walked inside after 45 min wait in my car. Saw people going back that were there 20 min. Was ruined when I asked about it. Overall bad experience and wonu2019t go back. Very disrespectful of others time.

So they wouldn't see me due to not paying a copay,the lady at the front desk was nice about it and I have no complants about her.but when your sick and need to see the doc,fill out all of your paperwork and then they say that,now come on,I hate to be dying sick and they told me that.wont never be back here again.

My usual walk in didnu2019t have any remaining appointments and I wanted to be seen ASAP so I went here yesterday. The staff was very nice, but I was told my diagnosis was just dehydration (when I came in for chest pain, nausea, and fever). Went to my usual walk in today because after fluids I still did not feel well, and it turns out I have pneumonia. I probably wonu2019t be back, but the nurse who did my IV and drew my blood was very nice and accommodating.

I cannot say enough nice things about this clinic and itu2019s staff. I was between going to the ER or coming here due to a stomach bug and was honestly not sure they could help but they were so kind and had me on my way within an hour and feeling much much better. The woman at the desk I wish Iu2019d have asked her name was so sweet and even assisted me with my paperwork. My providers and nurse were equally as wonderful. It was truly the best care Iu2019ve ever received in this area and we are so thankful to have such a wonderful clinic close by! This will be the only urgent care we use from now on.

A long time ago I used to have a positive opinion of Complete Express. I've been there a LOT of times due to the fact that I get sick frequently. However the last 4 times I've attempted to be seen I've been turned away. All four of those times I called ahead of time to see if they were accepting patients because I live 20 minutes away and they are my closest urgent care. All four times I was told by phone that they would be open for several more hours and I had plenty of time to get there. I made the drive immediately EVERY time because I'm not the type to put going to the doctor off. When I get there there is ALWAYS an excuse for why I cannot be seen. In 3 of the 4 attempts the receptionist was extremely rude and snapped at me before I ever asked to be seen. In one situation I asked for a mask because I did not know where I had placed mine and the receptionist very quickly snapped about how it was pointless to ask for one because they weren't accepting more patients. I understand being bust or overwhelmed and I understand things change in the time it takes me to drive to the building; however, I cannot accept immediately hostility upon entering the building and would very much like to stop being told on the phone that I'll be treated when I'm not going to be. Overall a very frustrating experience. The only reason it's not 1 star is because the few times I've been seen in the last year the people who treated me were kind and helped me quickly and compassionately.nn4 times of calling and being refused after being misinformed is too much and I cannot wait the however many months it will be for Complete Express to be fully staffed for reliable care so I will be going elsewhere.
