Dr. Scarchilli is awesome, the office staff is super friendly and quick to respond, the app is convenient. Overall best pcp experience I've ever had. He really takes his time listening and suggests specialists and works with you for full body health, not just medicine for one issue.

I am being generous with the 2 stars, but I will say they, bare minimum, did their job. I go to the ob gyn here because they are close to my house.nnFirst, I think itu2019s ridiculous that I had to lie and say I have u201cheavy, painful periodsu201d because otherwise they would not prescribe me birth control. This medical group is religious and will not prescribe birth control unless you u201chave a problemu201d. That is now noted in my medical records, and itu2019s a lie.nnSecond, I had to do an exam in order to get prescribed birth control. This just feels like a violation. I personally do not want to have a pelvic exam unless I think something is wrong. How in the actual hell will doing a pelvic exam help a doctor determine anything about prescribing the pill?!?! If anyone wants to reply to this review please do not come back with why itu2019s important to do an exam for preventative blah blah blah. I literally will not care unless you tell me a concrete reason why looking inside my body would possibly help determine if itu2019s ok to prescribe birth control.nnThen, when I did go in for my exam (years ago at this point) I was told my Pap came back u201cabnormalu201d. They told me I needed to schedule a time to come back and have them scoop out a piece of my uterus for testing. When I asked them what the test result meant they said it could be cancer or it could be nothing. I refused to do the procedure.nnThey told me a year ago I had to come back in and have a pelvic exam in order to renew my birth control pill. I told them I would later, and pushed it off due to not having insurance at the time and also because I had no intent to get an exam done. They then agreed to refill for me.nnI would like to note that the woman I spoke to that runs the front of the office was an absolute gem. She was kind and understanding of my frustration.nnLastly, I now have run out of birth control refills once again. I havenu2019t had my pill for about 2 weeks because they gave me no heads up that I needed to do anything. I went up to the Kroger pharmacy and they had already reached out to the doctoru2019s office and had not heard anything back for a week. I have called the office twice trying to get the refill myself and have not heard back yet.

I have several medical issues, Dr scarchili is amazing. Very attentive and proactive when helping guide me through the medical decisions I need to make. Also very accommodating when needing help to find scripts at a cheaper price. I tell everyone to go see him. Also the medical assistants are amazing too.

Iu2019ve been looking in the Clarkston area for a new PCP for a while and now I can say Iu2019ve found a good one. I went here on Tuesday for my first appointment. They were kind, considerate and very respectful of my time. The Nurse Practitioner on staff listened to my concerns and helped accordingly. I also had to take my youngest child with me to my appointment and they were so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend.
