I was petitioned and they treat you like criminals. The staff was mean. The doctor was very sweet but the staff could be better. My case manager was amazing but overall a traumatizing experience.

Had someone admitted here and spoke to a caseworker with box braids. We had a conversation about getting the person released. She said she would speak to the provider and call me 5 minutes later. About 15 minutes later she calls me to tell me they will be discharged today and to give them 30 minutes to have them discharged. I wait an hour to get a call saying that they actually would not get discharged today. Another hour later I get a call from the person I had admitted and they begin to talk to me and tell me their case worker (box braids) was going to talk to them soon. Not 5 minutes later I get a call back from my person sobbing asking why I said they would be released today and the caseworker said that they never told me that. This place needs to be put under investigation for hurting their patients mental health by saying the people who care about them lied. Iu2019ve called 16 times since with no answer. I will be reporting them to the state board and anyone else I need to as they are doing more harm than good here. Might I add this person is in need of life saving medication that they were never given! If anything happens to them it is on this company. No wonder it has such horrible reviews.

This place absolutely horrid. They do not feed the patients, speak and talk down to them, and treat them like animals. They either pump you full of medication, or nothing at all. Never have witnessed such unprofessionalism and cruelty towards humans who are seeking mental health servicces in a time of crisis. The nurses think they run the facility and think they should be obeyed. They curse out patients, yell at them, and even make them cry. If you don't obey them, they will tranquilize you- i witnessed this with my own eyes. As someone who works in the mental health field, I have NEVER been so appalled by a facility. There are no windows and you never know what day it is. It is quite literally hell on earth. This NEEDS to be investigated, and honestly shut down. This facility should be ashamed of themselves and how they treat. Treat humans with respect, it's not hard. Only one water dispenser, was about 80 ounces for about 50 people, to give you an idea.

After repeated attempts to connect, I finally received a call back from case manager Maribel. However, the interaction was deeply disappointing. Maribel spoke down to me, unaware of my background and experience in clinical and operational roles within the mental health field. Rather than providing support, her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Had the nerve to say I was threatening because I said I will report to the necessary personnel if my family member rights are being violated u201c oh yeah another angry Blackman upset for no reason u201cMy loved one already feels unsafe in this facility, and Iu2019m honestly afraid to share any concerns for fear of retaliation against him. The lack of empathy and communication skills among the staff is alarming. Even getting basic information, like the names of supervisors, feels like an uphill battle. This facility needs serious improvement in both communication and professionalism if theyu2019re to create a safe, supportive environment for clients and their families. Families deserve to trust the people caring for their loved ones, but this experience has left me questioning that trust entirely.

Why does this facility have such low reviews and no one has reported them or done anything about it?? If a facility is hurting Patients, not listening to them, not given them adequate care, not making medication adjustments, and physically hurting patients,... why hasn't someone reported them, filed a lawsuit, or done something. You people just let them continue???? This Is hospital and they should be CARING for patients. They are supposed to walk these patients to recovery not hurt themCan someone please tell me why they have not been reported??? Filing a court order and complaint is crucial for checks and balances of these facilities. We need to all step up and be better. If a facility is hurting people more that helping them succeed, then they have no business in the business. These facility need to vetted with a fine comb, care monitored by state officials, families of patients, etc. If this place is not helping ppl with their problems, they need to be shut down!
