Wait times were a little long but canu2019t complain for an Urgent Care that consists mostly of walk-ins. Dr. Patel was the only doctor in at the time. Very kind and ran me through the process prior to everything. Nurse who got my info was very kind as well. Great experience with them and would recommend.

I have a service animal, and when I went in there, the lady told me that I could not bring my service animal into the room when I pee and also told me that nobody in that office would watch my service animal while I went in the room to pee.nnI acknowledged what they said to me, and I followed up, letting them know that federal law they are required to accommodate my service animal while I am doing my screening.nnMy service animal can either accompany me into the room or they need to provide an adequate space for my service animal to stay while I go in the room alone.nnAt one point in the conversation, I did get frustrated because Iu2019m asking them for assistance and the person at the desk was refusing to help me.nnI directly asked them are you refusing to help me accommodate my service animal while I take the screening and they said that they are not refusing to accommodate however they cannot watch the animal and the animal cannot go in the room with me.nnAfter further conversation at this point, I believe both parties are becoming frustrated, They finally after getting a manager agreed to allow my service animal to come with me.nnI presented identification for the service animal, and I presented identification for myself as the service animals handler. My service dog had the vest and all. Still got grief.nnAt this point, Iu2019m going to pursue legal action against this clinic for refusing to accommodate and allow me to bring my service animal with me into the room, or for them to help assist me with the service animal while I go into the room by myself.nnIf anybody has any attorneys that you can recommend to me, please let me know.

Worst experience with a front desk staff in the healthcare realm. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Due to Sam Cortezu2019s bad attitude and lack of assistance I will not be going back to this Concentra location nor recommending it. Very unprofessional establishment.

I was falsely accused of using drugs On Christmas Eve. With no notice they were able to get me in tested within 15 minutes. And results came back within a day or two. Clearing my name and saving my reputation. Due to the swiftness, they also saved my Christmas Eve evening.
