I have been working with Conquer for over a year. The relationship started out shaky and has been since the beginning. My Dr. is a very kind man but really can't offer much regarding counseling. I have been billed for 45 mins of per telehealth appointments, but my doctor is 15 to 20 mins late most appointments. Then he is on the telehealth appointment for at most 10 mins without much counseling provided. Very frustrating especially when I tell him I NEED COUNSELING. Then I get bills stating they were 45 min appointments???? Thankfully I have screen shot my waiting time and start to finish of the appointments.Mid way thru the program I came down with COVID. The Dr, and I spoke and during my appointment I told him I had COVID, but he tentatively wanted to schedule a follow up appointment. He also told me if I was still ill with COVID I could cancel that appointment. I was still sick, so I had to cancel it. Then unfortunately I had three deaths in my family, one out of state and a major medical emergency with my mother who was hospitalized in Evergreen Hospital for 45 days and contracted COVID in the Hospital. I did due to EXTREME stress miss that appointment. Not intentionally. On Dec. 13th I schedule an appointment, paid my bill and requested a refill. I did schedule the appt with a new Dr. within the clinic because I need support and help, not a 10 min good for you then bill me 45 mins for something that was not done. The receptionist calls me on Dec. 16th and leaves me a message saying I can't change Doctor, and I need to make a different appt, with my original Dr. So, I call back on Tuesday the 17th speak to the receptionist (very kind, helpful and thorough) set up a new appt with my original Dr. We then go over my prescription refill she confirms the pharmacy that it is going thru. Perfect....I've been working on this since Friday the 13th...Yay, done.... Nope. I call back Wed, confirm prescription refill and where to be refilled. Oh, yes, it's on its way to the Pharmacy. Thursday...oh sorry yes, we are sending. Friday the TWENETIETH...oh I guess I'll talk to the provider, and he can send it because my Dr can't seem to in a week. Now I have been out for 2 days. I feel awful and now missing my father in laws funeral. A military memorial. I call back...now I am upset. The receptionist (a new one) is rude and says yes, we are sending it, but you can't miss another appointment. I think the sudden death of my father-in-law in another state, my grandmother passing, my Husband being hospitalized and my mom being hospitalized for 45 days is an ample excuse. Especially when I apologized over and over again. Do they send the prescription YES but to a pharmacy in Vancouver, WA!!!! I live in Lake Stevens! Unbelievable. I am infuriated. Not the first time there has been major screw up and prescriptions forgotten. Serious patient neglect on many levels. The charges for services not rendered, constantly not getting my prescription not filled on time, waiting of over 20 mins for my Dr. to make his scheduled appointment with me on time, for once. Then when he does it is a 10 min appointment. Since last night I have sent FOUR messages with zero response. Not only am I missing a very important man's funeral it has rippled thru my husband, children and extended family. I am sure our Holiday season will follow suit and be ruined. Choose wisely when it comes to your patient care. Especially when you are in a very sensitive state such as I have been as well as many others that have went thru addiction issues,

my current husband is frauding this facility and they have done nothing about it. He isnt in recovery he uses pentanol and methamphetamine daily. Is now on methadone from suboxone in which he used daily for two years now. the man only has using friends and obviously needs a higher level of care. It is sickening that he almost died two times 2 weeks ago and no one is helping him.

The folks at Conquer addiction work with co-occurring disorders. Treating mental health and addiction with thought exercises, medication management, and an overall love of life. They are a blessing in a world where it is next to impossible to obtain decent mental health treatment at some of the larger corporate medical clinics. They accept most forms of insurance and are flexible in re-scheduling appointments. 5/5
