My son has had some eye infection I originally thought was pink eye but some kind of allergy caused eye infection and is terrified of the dr. Iu2019ve gone to this facility quite a few different times since theyu2019ve opened and they have never let me down with a good experience. Never any wait time, the front desk staff is always so friendly, especially today the young gentleman made my son more than comfortable upon entering and gave him some cool animal stickers and even one for his Cookie Monster stuffy he brought with him. The nurse was also super friendly just kinda walking him through what we were doing, being excited about taking his weight and height and asking questions in the room. And the doctor didnu2019t make us feel like she rushed through it, she was very calm explained everything, answering any questions we had, and let me son know that she was going to tell him what she was going to do and made him very calm and even let him touch some of her tools. Overall great experience and always has been, but specifically this time was phenomenal!

As far as urgent care visits went this was probably the best one Iu2019ve ever had. Got right in, no fuss, no wait. I did have to pay the full copay at time of service, but thatu2019s pretty standard nowadays. Everyone was so calm and kind, very welcoming and patient. Care was professional and speedy and I felt taken care of. Glad my co-worker told me to come here!

Wonderful experience!!! Classy And Caring staff! They even pronounced my Name Correctly! The lady at the front desk was so Sweet the nurse was Awesome: My cough is still horrible and my ribs hurt. The true test is to see how a follow up goes. I will give an update.

Went in for stitches and had a great experience did not feel a thing doctor did great at explaining the whole process to me! Definitely recommend was in and out no long wait time. Everybody had a great attitude from the front desk to the nurse and the doctor!
